Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Marco, Venice

I couldn't have found better accommodation for my stay in Venice. The location was excellent, very central but in a quiet area. The most remarkable thing is Giovanna's willingness, available at all times and always ready to help with everything you need. I definitely recommend it!!

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of San Marco. Walkable to all major attractions. Quiet despite the noisiness of Venice. If you want to be in the heart of Venice, try is place is for you.

Alessia was our host and she was great. She did a nice job communicating with us and was very friendly. She met us at the apartment to give us our keys and to show us around the apartment. She also booked a water taxi for us at the end of our stay to take us to the airport. The kitchen was well equipped. It had an espresso machine with some espresso cartridges for our use. There was also a bottle of bubbly and a large pack of cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment had a beautiful view of the canal and was in a nice neighborhood. It was in a great location with a short walk to all the major attractions. The bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was nice. We stayed in several hotels and other Airbnb’s during our vacation and this apartment was our favorite place to stay.

Giovanna was nice enough to meet us at the train station. We were very nervous about travelling in Venice and finding where we were staying. She gave us great instructions and we found it no problem. Great location but be prepared for stairs. Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Everything you need is close by and walkable. Location is great. only a 5 minute walk from the pier.

This is a gorgeous apartment located in a residential neighborhood, a block from a great coffee/pastry shop, very close to tons of beautiful, poppin’ areas in Venice but you’re tucked away from the touristy noise at the end of the day. Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. The apartment is beautifully designed (I have some new design inspiration for sure!) and the instructions to find it were crystal clear. The bed was very comfortable, nice bathroom + kitchen, WiFi, AC, quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Venice! Really could not have asked for more.

We couldn't have been happier with Patricia and Marc's property and with the assistance we received from booking the listing, to advice prior to our trip, to being able to drop our luggage off early. Communication was always extremely responsive and helpful. We were greeted at the water shuttle and taken to the apartment. Everything was explained and helpful recommendations were made for places to visit, and for local restaurants. We were so happy with our choice. perfect place to stay, right next to the public transport, with lots of food options, it's an excellent jumping point for any stay in Venice

Pamela's property was excellent. It was beautiful and clean and suited the needs for my wife and I and our 16 year old daughter. We were able to walk to all the sites and had nearby restaurants, pharmacy, market, etc. Pamela was kind and responsive and an excellent host. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We stayed for a weekend in Venice. This place was great, very easy to reach and we discovered the city by foot from the apartment. Very welcoming hosts and we received some great recommendations for the area, thank you!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

We spent 3 nights in Barbara's very tastefully decorated Apartment. We were personally welcomed by Angela who takes perfectly care of everything. The house is in a very typical venetian neighbourhood, with lovely osterias, cafes where you can enjoy a nice meal or a campari soda. although its only a 10 minutes walk to the very heart of venice, to the museums etc. it is a quiete place offering good sleep! We highly recommend this authentic house/Apartment and hope to have soon more time for Venice.

Nicola, the host, was very helpful. He met us personally at his apartment and explained everything clearly. He even helped us book a taxi at 5 AM to the Venice Mestre train station. The apartment was nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The bus and tram stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended!

Everything is good Place was awesome Just a problem while checkout I asked the host that i will checkout at 11am But they dont allow us 1 hour

This is a pure gem in the very heart of Venice. It’s a classic Airbnb, not an emptied apartment, and that only adds to the charm. It is just perfect, and I can only hope I will find it available when I want to return to Venice.

This is a really nice airy and spacious apartment with all the facilities one might need for a long stay. Whilst convenient and central, the street was also very peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful place and easy walking distance to all transport Nice and quiet area but still handy to everything.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay, was able to walk the city and enjoy everything Venice had to offer. Apartment was clean and bigger than expected.

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.

Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

Best Airbnb accommodation we ever stayed in! Perfect location, quiet, outstanding view and easy accessible to main sites! Great restaurants nearby and Coop grocery store right around the corner. Unique and homely furnishing with many guide books and reading materials provided! Daniela is certainly a super host! She provided much more than the other hosts we came across. We really feel like we are guests in her house! She responded to all our questions and showed us around when we arrived! Totally outstanding! We were sad to leave Daniela’s apartment and moved to airport hotel on our last night in Venice!
