House vacation rentals in San Marco, Venice

The house is beautiful , very tastefully decorated. It offers the promised place with a good layout. Now in November, heating was important. The wifi is good, there is enough space to work as well. The landlords responded quickly and competently to request. The house is surrounded by a great , large garden with large , covered terrace. We were very satisfied. It couldn't be better.

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Perfect home to stay

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

The four of us had a wonderful time in the accommodation. This was really very clean, beautifully decorated… we felt right at home…. as if we had always been there. Inquiries were answered immediately… The complex is small but nice 😊 we were there for the second time and are always happy to come back. We also find the proximity to the shops and restaurants, within walking distance, very good. We are really more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning – that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed for us – we would come back anytime!

A lovely little flat close enough to the tourist attractions to pop home for lunch, but far enough away to be quiet. Massimo was very helpful throughout our stay.

The host was very responsive and friendly. The train station is within a short walking distance.

Chiara always responded quickly and I was sure that everything will work out before the trip. She welcomed us warmly and the location was nice and close to the vaporetto station. At night it was nice and quiet, also it was clean. There was a bialetti, good coffee, toaster, everything is fine.

Really good apartment for us. Beautifully clean and well equipped. Close to shops. yet quiet and walking distance to main places of interest. Jacek was very helpful with instructions and communicated readily with us.

Had a wonderful week at Alessandra's apartment. Roof terrace was great. Beautifully maintained apartment, clean and equipped with every comfort, even a bathrobe! Location of the apartment is close to the boat connection Palanca. From there, you can be in Venice and the locations of the Biennale in no time.

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

Tommy’s place exceeded my expectations, I recommend this beautiful guest house 100%, the whole house was clean, beds comfortable and upgraded, the location and support was excellent. I checked in really late because of the public transportation strike and Alessandro was understanding. Thank you so much.

we really enjoyed our stay at Tiffany Gold. We have quite high standards about where we stay and Tiffany Gold was a lovely stay. staying on Burano is the best way to fully experience the island. after all the tourists go home and before they arrive again in the morning, the island is quiet and peaceful and you can wander the streets and cross the bridges often as the only person around. it's beautiful. Back at Tiffany Gold, there were so many beautiful things to love too. the view from the bedroom and scent of flowering jasmine were both stunning. The bed was large and very comfortable ! the linens and furnishing were carefully chosen and the space was well curated. the bathroom was small but really lovely. bring able to sit outside was fabulous! The only addition we would make us to add a coffee table, foot stool and cushions to the lounge area. We've explored Burano before and this time we came to relax. Putting our feet up would have been the cherry on top!!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

My family and I spent 6 nights at Marco and Elena's. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. Especially practical were the mosquito nets and the air conditioning in the rooms. The location is quiet and about 30 minutes' walk from the center. You can easily get to Venice by bus. We enjoyed it and would come back. We had a wonderful stay at Nicolo’s place! It was very clean, wonderful air conditioning in the heat, and in the most peaceful neighborhood away from all of the tourist chaos. We found many wonderful food, coffee, and wine places just a walk away, as well as a local supermarket. Nicolo was a great host providing very clear instructions and allowing us to check in earlier. We had a great time and it's thanks to Paolo! He told us what to see (Doge's Palace, Basilica, neighborhoods, etc.) and recommended very good restaurants (Vino Vino, Trattoria Alla Madonna, Nico ice cream, etc.)! We are really glad we were able to stay in her apartment which is close to everything, with a quiet bedroom! Everything is very good in the apartment (which is even better than the photos). Apartment was easy to get to. We took a train to Venezia S. Lucia station and a ferry (bus). A short walk later, we arrived at the apartment. There were clear instructions from Simone and it was easy to check-in. The apartment was spotless and clean which made our stay wonderful.
