The villa is located in the middle of the green of Valnerina, among hills of olive groves and woods of Mediterranean scrub. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 from the property. The property is equipped with a beautiful heated swimming pool open from April to October (5m×10m, 1.5m deep) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria.
