Villa Allegria-Pool/Spa Basketball, Sleeps 8!

LauraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family stayed at Peters home over Easter weekend and we all had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cooking easter dinner in the gorgeous kitchen (everything we could needs was there!) The grandkids had so much fun finding easter eggs and swimming in the pool (which was the perfect temperature) . I highly recommend Peters home, he was in constant communication and so easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
A spacious deck is visible, furnished with a table and chairs arranged for dining. Potted plants add color to the setting, while expansive views of rolling hills and distant mountains fill the background under a bright sky.

Hilltop Round House Sanctuary

This is a unique house with a gorgeous view. The house is located on a private road about half way between the coast and Paso Robles, which was perfect for our itinerary of visiting Hearst Castle and Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. Gil was very helpful when we arrived showing us the features of his beautiful house.

Tuscan Villa | Vineyard | Spa | Game room | Bocce

We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen was well stocked and a very functional space for cooking and hanging out. There was plenty of seating for our entire group, which consisted of several families coming together with young kids, and the beds were all very comfortable - even the couch that turned into a bed. The best parts were the serene surroundings, watching the sunset, and the outdoor space where the kids ran around and played while we bbq’d. It’s a little drive to get to the bigger wineries, but scenic and doable. We went to Sculpterra, which was the perfect for families with kids. Overall, a great trip and stay at the house.
A charming outdoor area features a wooden pergola adorned with cascading wisteria flowers, providing dappled sunlight. The surrounding walls are painted in a warm yellow hue, complemented by large windows that invite natural light into the space.

Tuscan Villa | Vineyard Views | Main House

GlenRating, 5 stars31 months ago
This is our second visit to Aterno Estate and Vineyard. We have not only enjoyed a wedding at the vineyard, but most recently celebrated a milestone birthday with friends. We can’t say enough about how special this place is… from the beauty of the house to the loveliness of the vineyard. Every morning we watched the sunrise over the hills, and even on the one day it rained we were rewarded with glorious double rainbows. Aterno Estate is centrally located and we enjoyed days trips to San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Cambria and Cayucos and other fun stops all along the way. While there were many wonderful places to dine nearby, we also enjoyed the opportunity to cook in a very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for gourmet meals. The pantry was provisioned with all the basics making our meal preparation a breeze. Nothing was overlooked to make this one of our most memorable celebrations. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze… communication with the host was excellent.
The striking exterior of the Mediterranean-style villa features a vibrant orange facade accented with terracotta roof tiles. An arched entrance leads to the front door, flanked by two symmetrical garage doors. Lush greenery and potted plants add to the welcoming atmosphere.

Very happy with our stay overall. Plenty of room for 8 people. Might have been told that the property has 5 bedrooms; it has 4. Very clean and in a great location. Thanks

This is an absolutely stunning location with an immaculate house & a welcoming host!!!We were in town for our son’s Cal Poly graduation. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us and our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the hot tub, playing pool & corn hole, having s’mores by fire and simply sitting outside together enjoying the gorgeous view. One of the highlights was Melanie, who entertained our adult children with stories about the natural wildlife surrounding us and the farm animals on site. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and hands down this is my favorite!!! Thank you Courtney for sharing your beautiful Airbnb with us. ❤️
