Terri’s place was comfortable just like at home. Stairs were much with my recent surgery to my ankle but it was disclosed in description and I took my own risk. It was a lovely stay with grate views and walking distance to everything. I was soooo happy to find child safety gates for the stairs. Thoughtful touches went into family stays with young children.

Perfect location in downtown Pismo! Easy walk to the pier, shopping, restaurants and bars! Loved to BBQ and have dinner on the rooftop but it can get chilly at night. Lots of stairs but we expected that. They had everything we needed and more than expected, with plentiful supplies of towels, soaps and amenities for our family of 8. Loved the large open family room for us to gather and play games. We had a great trip!

If you’re looking for a comfortable, cozy, spacious and fully stocked vacation home, Seven Sisters Home is the perfect choice! My family and I had such an amazing experience during our stay.The home had absolutely everything we needed comfy beds kitchen appliances, bathroom products laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and even coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also provided an ice chest and a wagon that made our beach days so much easier. Every detail was considered to make the stay stress free and enjoyable.The location is unbeatable everything is within walking distance. We loved walking to the beach, nearby restaurants, and local entertainment spots.The rooftop offered the most stunning view we barbecued and relaxed.Honestly, everything about the home was just beautiful, inside and out. The hosts were extra friendly and provided great communication throughout our stay. We’ve found our forever vacation rental and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

What a great find in Morro Bay! The complex is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the rolling hills and farms. The house is very well located if you plan to do lots of exploring from Big Sur, to SLO, and to the adjacent towns and beaches. So close to all that Morro Bay has to offer as well. Inside had enough to cook meals and relax between our activities. The ping pong table was a hit and stocked with all the equipment. The welcome basket and breakfast went above and beyond and was a very kind gesture to arrive to. The host was responsive to questions we had during our stay. The check out requirements are a bit in-depth if you’re used to other properties with minimal expectations and especially if you’re trying to leave early in the morning and have a long drive ahead of you. But we were able to manage. Overall it’s was a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay for our vacation to the area.

Bryan was a great host. He was quick to address any issues that came up along the way.

The property was very clean, easy to find, and enjoyed by my family. The after hours check-in process was easy since the office was nearby.

We had 7 people and this house accommodated us perfectly. Having 2.5 bathrooms was also perfect. All rooms were neat and clean and even had ample closet and shelf space. They even had ample hooks to hang your towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious, and provided the said amenities. Seating area was well laid out along with the cozy living room area. The garage was also clean and spacious for our 2 small to mid-sizes cars. The washing machine and dryer were regular size and not the small ones you might find in an apartment, so that was nice too. Lastly, the host was very responsive for the couple of questions I had. I definitely recommend this house and neighborhood as well.

Great location an easy quick walk to the beach and restaurants. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. Loved the rooftop!

We brought my teen daughter and her friends for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. Easily my fave Airbnb stay to date!! The girls loved being able to walk a block to coffee, food, shopping and the sand! They also went on about the “aesthetic” decor. The condo is just a dream - the location was absolutely perfect (felt very safe with teenage girls) and the place was spotless. I appreciated the layout because it gave the girls a floor to themselves and I didn’t feel in the way 😜 Host was also great - we communicated several times before the stay and during, and she was always responsive and sweet. The girls are already asking when we can go back… I’d give more than five stars if I could!

We stayed during a premium weekend and found the price to be very competitive with other properties. This is our 2nd stay with Seven Sisters and it was wonderful, they are very responsive and helpful.

It is a very nice updated modern townhouse. Super clean too. The view of the golf course from the downstairs living area and master bedroom window is beautiful. Large sectional couch so everyone can stretch out. Every cabinet and light switch is labeled so you didn't have to wonder where things were. Nice touch! It was very quiet during our stay. We used the community hot tub only once on a Saturday evening. The people already in the hot tub were very respectful and made room for us. It was very warm which I like :)

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Sea Gem. The location was great - we walked everywhere we went in Pismo, the neighbors were quiet, and the view was beautiful. The place is spacious and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Terri was very responsive when we reached out. I reported a very minor maintenance issue more as an FYI but she had a handyman out to fix it same day. Some of the furniture and fixtures are starting to show wear and tear but in general it was very well maintained and clean.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! Very friendly and responsive host, exceptionally clean (inside and outside) and well-organized home, comfortable furniture, nice bedding and linens, easy parking, great view from top balcony, walking distance to beach, pier, shops, restaurants… We are locals who love doing a staycation where I lived and worked in college- we’d love to stay here again in the future.

Terri’s place was the perfect airbnb. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and downtown, it’s in a great location for Pismo Beach. The house was clear, well stocked, and had plenty of space for our family of 8. We would definitely stay here again!
