I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

One of the best places to stay in Santa Elena, the whole place is very comfortable and in an excellent location due to its proximity to the beach, totally recommended and we hope to return soon 🙏🏼

Everything excellent

Sergio's apartment is perfect, well finished, well distributed, well maintained. The best location in Salinas, in front of Chichipe Beach. You cross the street and you're on the beach, the building provides you with chairs and umbrellas. The A/C works well, the kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you need, the refrigerator is perfect. The bathrooms are impeccable, spacious and with good showers. And Sergio's intervention, the perfect one, is available and attentive, everything is explained from the beginning, without the need to look for him additionally. I felt right at home in his apartment, and I'm a very sensitive guest with my hosts but also demanding in my tastes. I would come back without thinking! And I recommend it if you're traveling as a family and want to have a perfect time, in peace and very comfortable.

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

An excellent accommodation, very well located and equipped, everything is very clean and comfortable. Surely it will be at our top for future trips.

The location is excellent, it was close to everything, the apartment is just as you can see in the pictures, clean and tidy, the person who received us was very helpful at all times, we really liked it and we will definitely be back.

We stayed with the whole family, the place is very nice and clean. Susana was always attentive to our arrival and flexible with the check-in time. My kids loved the place, it was very close to the beach.

Our experience in this apartment was excellent. The impeccable cleanliness and cozy decor made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy beautiful sunsets and morning walks. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions. Undoubtedly a place we would love to return to and that we highly recommend to those looking for tranquility and comfort near the sea.

A cozy place, with a spectacular view, we had an amazing time, the apartment is larger than we expected and has everything you need. A fascinating place to go with family or friends. The hospitality with which they welcome you in the lobby is pleasant, and we thought it was great that the building's management gives you a free parasol on Chipipe beach.
