This was an excellent apartment to stay at, right next to the ocean and beach. The view was excellent and it felt great to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean waves hitting the beach. The pool was excellent and security kept everyone comfortable. A great find.

Sergio's apartment is perfect, well finished, well distributed, well maintained. The best location in Salinas, in front of Chichipe Beach. You cross the street and you're on the beach, the building provides you with chairs and umbrellas. The A/C works well, the kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you need, the refrigerator is perfect. The bathrooms are impeccable, spacious and with good showers. And Sergio's intervention, the perfect one, is available and attentive, everything is explained from the beginning, without the need to look for him additionally. I felt right at home in his apartment, and I'm a very sensitive guest with my hosts but also demanding in my tastes. I would come back without thinking! And I recommend it if you're traveling as a family and want to have a perfect time, in peace and very comfortable.

I thought the service at the accommodation was very good in general, everything was very clean, the person who received us was excellent and all the staff, just one observation that the pool was not heated

Unfortunately, there are no 6 stars in the app 🌟 because I know I would have earned them. EXCELLENT place and more than the place, the host. 👌🏻 1000 points for Alberto 🫶🏻lo Máximo, he went over the top with his help and courtesy. Highly recommended, you have to come. For my part, without a doubt, I will return and I will book again in advance so that no one beats me to the place 🥰 P.S. If it weren't for adult life and responsibilities, I'd extend my stay here, and Alberto would be hosting in Airbnb places around the world.

Waking up and falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves was pure bliss. The property is clean and calm, creating a restful atmosphere. The host Ivana and Lily, the housekeeper, were friendly and responsive, addressing our requests quickly and effectively. Thanks🌞

The apartment is as in the photos, even better. Modern, clean, well decorated, and the beach view is spectacular. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Marco was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended.

Xavier was an excellent and helpful host at all times. Upon arrival, access was very quick and friendly, the accommodation was impeccable, safe parking, definitely a 10/10, recommended!!! 👌🏻

Bernhard's apartment is nice, everything is as shown in the photos, clean, nice decoration and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive in responding to any concerns I had. The building's pool is impeccable and the beach club is unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

An amazing place with an excellent location, it had many surprises for me, the truth is that the photos don't do justice to what the place is like. A huge rooftop with a beautiful ocean view, you can see the ocean even from the jacuzzi. Very good induction kitchen, it has pans and pots for cooking. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just 5 minutes away. A safe place, the car park is indoor with a roof and security. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly and ready to help however he can. I will recommend it to friends and family.

I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.
