It is a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for resting, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

I traveled with my family (5). The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. It had all the amenities to make us feel at home. The accommodation included a safe parking lot for our vehicle. We also had access to the building's pool. It is 3 blocks from the beach, which makes it perfect for walking and avoiding the noise of the pier area. Quiet, safe area. We loved the apartment, we look forward to returning soon.

A dream place. We spent a week there on a family vacation and retreat. An excellent place that gives you peace and tranquility. The staff that assists you is 10/10. Super recommended. We are already planning the date to return

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to have a great weekend with family or friends. The development is very organized, clean, safe and has a social club with access to a private beach. The club has 2 large pools where you can appreciate the sea and has 3-4 heated jacuzzis to relax, they offer a very varied menu in the restaurant and they also have cocktails. Eduardo is super attentive to any need or request, very kind. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed ourselves as a family.

We stayed at Patricio's house for an extended weekend in Salinas and the experience was excellent. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing with the family. The area seemed quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. Patricio was very kind and always made sure we were okay, very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, it is located in a very quiet and safe place. It is close to the beach and the sea in the sector is ideal for swimming.

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

We absolutely loved the apartment! It was so cozy and had an amazing view. Monica was exceptional; she was very attentive and communicated well with us throughout our stay. My family had such a great time, and we can’t wait to come back next time!
