Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Teresa and her family are excellent hosts! Her husband showed us the appartment and handed over the keys. Her son came over when a Blackout in Imperia had reset the wifi router, and he fixed it for us. They are all very kind and professional. Teresa is always responding quickly. A stay in this apartment is really special. It sits on the Parasio - a hill with ancient streets and historic buildings spiraling around it. There is so much to explore. And the (sand!) beach is just a short walk away. There are even elevators to make your way more convenient. The Appartment itself has a lot of history. You can't help but wonder who else has been in these walls during the centuries and what stories have played out here. The view from the little balcony is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The night we arrived, a dj played music in front of the bar below the appartment. We joined them for aperitivo and had a great evening. We were really sad to leave and hope to be back one day!!

We spent a week in Yvonne's beautiful apartment and enjoyed the time very much. The apartment is superbly equipped and tastefully and comfortably furnished. But the best part is the view from the balcony! Here we spent many evenings. The apartment is a good base for a variety of activities. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, some hiking trails start right in front of the house and by train you only need a good hour from Alassio to Genoa. Ruben welcomed us very nicely and explained everything. He was also always available for questions. We highly recommend it!

Stay that far exceeded our expectations. Three floors to climb without an elevator, but when you open the door of the apartment, WOW the view!!!!!!! Splendid, magnificent. The apartment is a beautiful size with all the essentials. Excellent cleanliness!!! Marco was responsive and gave us addresses. At that time, not much was open, life was mainly in Sanremo. The beach is within 10 minutes' walking distance We made a wonderful discovery while walking. I recommend visiting Old Bussana. A ruined village where artists have taken up residence. Beautiful cottage with a beautiful view. We recommend the little restaurant at the entrance to the old village where you need extra tender charcoal-grilled meat!!!! A treat We highly recommend this property.

Accommodation exactly as described in a magical location, equipped with every comfort and furnishings in the kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony-terrace with a view... all in absolute calm. Paola is quick to respond, precise and helpful, and she lives fifty meters away, so you can count on her to help with any problems. Amazing value for money, apartment not to be missed!!!

We had a very nice week in the apartment! Check-in was very straightforward and the host was always easy to reach. The grocery store directly opposite was very convenient, where there was a wide selection. The view from the balcony to the sea was a pleasure every day!

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

We had a great stay! The location is great – the beach and many restaurants are close by. It looks like a place that Italians themselves visit, which we found very pleasant. It was a bit noisy at night, but that's not the host's fault. We were particularly enthusiastic about road cycling in the area – a dream! Sergio's tip with Rodman was awesome, and the bike rental worked perfectly thanks to his recommendation. We were completely satisfied!

Beautiful place, incredibly serene. Better than the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Love having three bathrooms too. The balcony is where you will want to always be. And we loved Coco beach club which you can walk to easily! Super spot!!

This is a high-end, luxury apartment located just a minutes-drive away from Monte Carlo. The moment you walk in and the automated blinds open to a beautiful panoramic view of Monte Carlo, you’ll instantly feel like you made the right choice. It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

after we worked our xl-bus to sant'agata, we were received very warmly. Patrizia quickly showed us everything, after that we were able to enjoy the great facility and the pool. villa angela is super well maintained and has fantastic views to the sea due to the height location, if it is not too much on the coast. Because we were there all alone, we had the nature and the great location for the 5 of us family exclusively. If all apartments are occupied, you certainly have to take more considerations, but everyone always finds plenty of space to relax. We will be back to rest. We will be back!!!

Spectacular view, great bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. Walking to Larvotto Beach requires a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

A big thank you to Valeria for hosting us, the accommodation was as described and even better. When we're there, The environment is peaceful, nature is predominant, my three-year-old daughter was amazed to see so many fireflies on the grounds. We needed rest and quiet, and this accommodation met all our requirements, I would highly recommend it

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Wonderful and cozy apartment, with attention to detail, very clean and equipped with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a view of the village. Very kind hosts, very welcoming and super helpful in case of any need. The apartment is located in a strategic central area and has a very convenient private parking space.
