The Little House Bo, a small but delightful studio, located in San Lazzaro di Savena, the first suburb of Bologna near the Bologna fair and Fico Eataly World. Complete with every comfort, with a large terrace, in a residential area. Very helpful area, a few steps to a supermarket, pharmacy, bar, commercial activities of all kinds and bus stop with which you can reach the Bellaria Hospital or the center of Bologna in a few minutes. Apartment Mesticheria: free reserved parking

The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.

Ca' degli Orti, with a small garden in Bologna

Ca' degli Orti has parking in the street (free from 18 to 8:00 and Sundays) and a big parking area only at few minutes from the house. The bus stop is at 1 min. and it takes just 10 -15 minutes to arrive to the city center. Outdoor patio with table and chairs to eat and relax. Sitting room with a sofa-bed, confortable for two people. The bedroom has two beds that can be prepared joined or separated and if requested, a bed for children (max. 4 years).
