Amy's self-contained studio apartment is large and private. It's the perfect hideaway and at the back of Arkipelago Divers, which is run by Amy and Pedro, with a joyful team. Being at the back of the dive center and restaurant, you're amongst residents (including pets) and some back-of-house operations. I like that family vibe. If you're a scuba diver, staying in Small La Laguna and with Arkipelagos is convenient, quiet, and essential for quality diving and expert guiding. The operation is well-run and very professional. Great for photographers too. The restaurant, pool, hang-out areas, beachfront, staff, and diving make this place complete. No need to go anywhere else. Amy is open-hearted, welcoming, and helpful to all with hands-on advice and assistance with travel and other information. 5 Star hospitality! I've had the best week, amazing dives, lots of laughs, and have been embraced like family. I'll be returning and will recommend to others. THANK YOU, Amy, Pedro, and crew!

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Great place to stay in Batangas City. I always prefer the check in method using lockbox since we are always not sure of the time we will be checking in. The place is really clean and it has everything that you need. I love also the idea that the living and dining area is fully airconditioned. SM Batangas is also very near and just a few minutes walk. The service is also excellent. When we needed extra bed sheets and blanket, they went out of their way just to give us what we need. My only problem is that the wifi didn’t constantly connect to our device when we are on the 2nd floor. There was available wifi mesh but I wasn’t able to make it work. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place!! The host(Miss Dulce) is very responsive and the caretaker (Miss Divine ) is very approachable and nice! They accomodated our request too. We had to book for a place (3 days) near Saint Anne's hospital bc my sister was confined. This place feels like our Home, very cozy and spacious. We can cook outside at the veranda (complete utensils/cookware) while sipping coffee..very relaxing and nice neighborhood..very accesible and near the town and Sm lucena.Overall, it's worth the price and a very great experience.Thanks a lot!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place! She was very welcoming and even greeted us personally when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The house is cozy, warm, and has that homey vibe we truly appreciated. My kids especially loved the honest store—such a thoughtful and charming addition! Although it was just a one-night stay, we really wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommending this place to anyone visiting Lipa. Thank you, Joan!

The location was perfect, just walking distance to Skyranch. The kitchen was well equipped with condiments and cookware. We enjoyed the karaoke too! Highly recommended, will definitely book again!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! A good spot to relax in Laguna. A quiet and gated community. Easy access to shops and malls with GRAB.

The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

We were a group of 15 and had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and the atmosphere of the place made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was provided, and the staff were incredibly helpful and available 24/7. Big shout-out to Ms. Tala for going above and beyond. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Es ist eine sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Außerdem hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Ich würde die Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

We totally loved our stay in Arnel's place! The unit is spacious, perfect for family with kids like us! Our daughter really likes the bunk bed and the huge TV! The place is so cozy and comfortable, it has an inviting environment that we don't want to go out! It has a complete kitchen utensils and appliances. I especially love the washing machine because we were able to dry our wet clothes from swimming before going home! The view is perfect, it gives more appeal to the place. Arnel was incredibly responsive and so kind, he let us extend for 3hrs for free!! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to SM Trece. I recommend this place, definitely want to go back again! I am so thankful to found this gem!

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

The room was great, everything was clean and we had all the appliances we needed. The hosts are also really kind and communicative. I’d love to stay here again.
