we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

It is always so nice to have an Airbnb host such as Gina who goes above and beyond what is required of a host. If her unit is in the location that you wish to visit don’t hesitate to look to Gina. Grace, Gina’s caretaker, was extremely helpful and always available. I’ve had some disappointing Airbnb experiences in the past and it was so delightful to get more than I thought we would get. Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Communicating with Myla was very easy and she was always very quick to respond. Loved the pool...the frogs around were a surprise though. The rooms looked bigger in the pictures but we enjoyed that there were TVs in all of the rooms and karaoke by the pool and upstairs. We got a little lost looking for the place as it was a bit away from the other houses.

Miss Katherine and the caregivers were amazing—so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! The house is close to beach areas, which made exploring super easy. Would definitely recommend!

5 ⭐️, We had an amazing stay at El casa Mori. The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—just like the photos posted on their account. The location was perfect— close to Monte Maria as well. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided toiletries, free coffee which made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! +++ One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the addition of nets —no mosquitoes or flies to worry about, which made relaxing in the evenings so much more enjoyable

The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. The property is spacious and is in a good location. The host was very responsive. We booked at the last minute and we're thankful he accommodated us. His place is clean. Ate Jen, the caretaker, was there to meet us when we arrived. She even shared the contact info of a delivery guy should we want to have food delivered. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to others.

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was spacious enough for our group, and the setup worked perfectly for both kids and adults. The kids loved playing on the PlayStation in the living room, while the adults enjoyed chatting in the dining area with easy access and movement around the kitchen. The extra space in the laundry area was a great bonus for drying our wet clothes after our day trip to a nearby resort. We also appreciated the convenience of the honesty store — we picked up some drinks like soda, coffee, and soju, all reasonably priced. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed our requests, such as providing a kitchen rag/towel and drinking water. Thank you DM's Crib for accommodating us.

If you're looking for a "first class" overall experience & value for money, this is it! It can't get any better than what Michael and Maria is providing. Sure we had a minor glitch with parking and the walk to their place but when we got there...we completely forgot about it! Hosts are honest, generous (free use of kiaks hello :), exceptionally clean, has good taste (I love it!), responsive, and were very meticulous which helps a lot esp for out-of-town tourists like us. Expect everything there is in the island life. Snorkelling, island hopping, or just watching the sunset with a school of fish under your feet are some of the experiences that's worth every centavo! Don't just stay for a day or two - stay longer! It's super worth it. Whatever they promise-they give. And that, my peeps, is hard to find these days. :) This place, experience, and everything else...it's one for the books! Michael, Maria and their caretakers did a superb job hosting us! Very accommodating po ang caretaker and ang bilis po nya mag respond if may need ang guests. The place itself is cozy. They even have free use of camping chair tonuse for the beach. Sa uulitin🤗 will be recommended

The location was also great and peaceful but not close to shops and roads going there are bit narrow. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

we had such a peaceful stay here. the property is quiet and secured, and there is so much lush greenery. we loved reading in the living room or on the patio. we were not very familiar with the area, so had not planned properly to get around and see the sights. the staff were so kind to help us arrange transportation into Tagaytay town. great place to get away from the bustle of Manila and relax for a few days.
