House vacation rentals in Calabarzon

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

We had a spontaneous trip with old colleagues who have become friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place. My friends arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but the caretaker still allowed them in. The caretaker was friendly and we had no issues with the check-in. The rooms and beds were clean. The kitchen had all the basic essentials and drinking water was also provided. Four cars fit in the parking area and we even enjoyed the pool at 3 AM. It was nice that the kitchen was adjacent to or near the pool because that’s where we hung out to chill. The only problem we encountered was the road going to the place but it was mentioned in the listing that it’s better suited for SUVs. Still, we had one sedan and it managed just fine. Also, we were given extra hour to stay after check out time for free. But sadly I didn't notice the message sooner. But overall, we had fun :)

Barako house was a great property to stay in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities to cook in and dine with loved ones. The pool was lovely and it allowed us to destress. Would recommend to friends!

We really enjoyed Emman’s place. The place was great and very spacious with lots of activities to do with the family and kids. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice bonus including the billiards and air hockey. The environment was peaceful and quiet with lots of greenery around. Emman was super responsive during the entire process from the moment i was inquiring about the accommodation through to checkout. The caretaker was also very helpful during our stay and very polite. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

This is my second visit here. The first time was with my family, and recently, I came with my team. Josh, as always, is an excellent host, and his staff are all nice and friendly, especially Kuya Roland. The place is beautiful! I would definitely come back. :)

The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with dining and kitchen necessities and the location was perfect for a family get away . We had a really great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. The Patricia Mae was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was also great and peaceful but not close to shops and roads going there are bit narrow. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

Loved our stay. Although there was a minor hiccup during our check in, Jay promptly addressed it. The place was accurately described. It was clean and spacious just enough to accommodate our large group. The caretaker was also respectful.

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)
