Beach house vacation rentals in San Juan

we had a great stay! the house had enough rooms for our family, kitchen was complete, and it's just a short walk to the beach and clubhouse.

Our Host is responsive, the place is just indeed a minute to the beach. He allowed us to bring pets and have an early check in. The place is worth the price and lots of beds to sleep in. Just had a comment in the videoke on the 3rd floor coz of delay of sounds in mic hence overall it was a good and comfy stay. Much recommended! 👍🏻

Had a relaxing and fun stay at this place! the way to and from the place is challenging but, it was all worth it because the beach is really clean and we get to see breathtaking underwater view thanks to the provided kayaks and snorkeling gears in the place 😊 as for the house, everything you need is already there and much more.. special thanks to Ms. Frances who's been so accommodating of our queries and for providing us clear instructions and reminders 🙏🏼 would love to go back!

Our family had a wonderful overnight stay at Lilo's. The place was nice and very clean with complete amenities. It was actually better than the pictures. The host, Juliana, was very responsive and the caretakers, Susan and Jacqueline, were friendly and readily provided assistance. The beach, with it's clear water was just a few steps away. Overall it was a short and sweet vacation. Thank you for opening your beautiful home.

Positive: -The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. We enjoyed bonding in the living area and shared meals together at the large dining table. -One of the best features is the backyard, which includes a clean, private plunge pool—perfect for relaxing and exclusive to guests staying at the unit. -The three bedrooms were well-equipped with enough bathrooms to avoid any waiting, even with a large group. -There were plenty of beds for everyone, and both the sleeping arrangements and shared spaces were very comfortable. -Just a 2-minute walk to the beach—an unbeatable location! Negative: -Upon entering, there was a noticeable fishy smell, possibly left behind by previous guests who had cooked seafood. -We experienced a leak from the master bathroom on the second floor, which dripped down into the dining area. Overall: We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the property, especially the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was a wonderful experience.

Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

The place is homey, very neat and smells so good. It is also near the clubhouse and beach. Very secure ang place and mabait and magalang ang staff/guards ng subdivision. Ms. Grace is also so nice to answer all my queries and even granted a 1hr extension sa stay since super nagenjoy kami magswim. Marami man ang tao but it doesn’t feel crowded because the pool is huge and very kid friendly. Definitely worth a comeback!

We had a great time at Bon's place. We were aware that there was a hike involved, and we had seniors with us. It was challenging for them but not impossible. It would have been better if the place was more accessible. Nonetheless, the place itself was well maintained, the caretakers are very friendly! many stars just minus for accessibility. The beach was stony, but there were a few sand bars. The kids enjoyed snorkeling near the corals. The water was clear. Overall, the beach was beautiful.

Carol is very easy to deal with and the resort has complete amenties. The caretaker, Ate Susan, was also responsive and pleasant all throughout our stay. Even if the resort is described aa cozy, it doesn't feel cramped for a party of 16. Thumbs up, Carol! Your place is a good choice in the area 😀

It was a great getaway, off the grid private breal

The place was beautiful. All the help that we needed was provided for. Fortunate also that we booked this place because for around 3 hours, a blackout had occurred but the place had a generator so we didn’t have to worry about it. The host was very responsive.

We had a great stay. Ma'am Mary Ann and Kuya Abet were very nice and hands on. The kids loved swimming and lounging by the pool. The place was squeaky clean and looked exactly the as the pictures and more. The sunset view is the best. PS Thank you for the free Turon and scuba diving lessons.

Beautiful place and memorable staycation! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Jojo's place together with our family and we enjoyed our whole stay. Rooms are very spacious and the whole villa was clean when we arrived. The caretakers are responsive with our needs. Hopefully, we'll be able to stay again at their villa. Thanks to Jojo and his team onsite for providing us a memorable stay.

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

The place is quiet. Although it is a bit far from the beach, the house is spacious, and you can still enjoy your time there.

The place was very clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to stay.

This is our 2ND stay here at Daf's place as we have stayed before April 2022 with some friends. Place is homey and cozy, and is just aa few minutes walk to the beach (which was still as fun as before). The caretaker, Ate Maricel or Ycel is still extremely nice and friendly to all of us and assisted us all the way and even checking if there's anything else we need from time to time. One thing I can say about this place is that they take feedback / reviews seriously. As this time, there were additional blankets and pillows! This was a part of my review back in April and they did not disappoint and added pillows and blankets. This place is just really really nice. And will definitely be back for the 3RD time. Richelle is a wonderful host. Her caretakers are all responsive to our needs. We are a large group and are all well accommodated as the place is huge, more rooms and there’s activities for all. The place is 8 mins away from the famous white beach but there’s a 3 mins beach nearby. It is a beautiful and peaceful place.

Hayds was helpful and responsive, and the caretaker, Ate Roselyn, was very friendly and reliable. The place was near Laiya beach. However, it was a challenge to get to the beach. The downside of not booking with a resort is that you won't have access to the beach. It was a challenge to look for resorts that allowed at least an entrance fee. Still, we're thankful for Hayds's place as we got to have a very private and quiet accommodation.

L'equipe de Pamela"ca maman et son papa" son très sympathique. Ils étaient à notre écoute. Ce logement est parfait pour les personnes qui veulent faire de la plongée. En réservant des masques, nous avons mieux apprécié notre séjour. Les fonds marin en bord du littoral son d'une transparence incroyable avec une multitude de poissons différents, sans oublier de magnifique coraux. Nous avons fait une balade à pied , en partant de l'appartement vers la montagne. nous avions une magnifique vue et aperçu des bouc et chèvres d'une corpulence incroyable. Nous avons aussi rencontré des gens toujours sympathique et curieux. Merci à vous. Gilles

Place is close to the resort wherein the wedding that I attended at took place. Surrounding is quiet. Internet is slow tho, but we had signal in our phones so it’s not really a big concern for us since we had mobile data.

Very Accommodating and Helpful are the people of the Homestay nice and very serene is the place and Highly Recommended hope to visit again sometime soon
