Monthly Rentals in San José del Sur

There were six of us. Enough space for more people!! The spatial layout is very good. Everything is very clean. Jorge is very very reliable and helpful!! The kitchen has everything you need. The sunsets are beautiful and you have a little paradise !! I highly recommend this place!! Thanks Jorge

Some of the road to get to the airBnB is unpaved. We managed getting there with scooter and a small car. I do think a truck would have been a better option.

this is a cozy and comfortable place to relax, and also work online. La Virgen is a cute little town with a couple of excellent pulperias where you can easily walk to get your staples. it is centrally located between Rivas (a 15 minute bus ride) and the beaches of San Juan del Sur (a 25 minute bus ride), where shopping is abundant, accessable from various bus stops just steps from the house. The house is relatively small, but of a modern build, a comfy bed and equipped kitchen, with stunning views of Lake Colcibolca and Omotepe island, with the twin volcanoes from the large terrace. there are access points to Playa La Virgen, with a couple of nice restaurants walking distance from the house. The rental rate is also a very fair price. I would most definitely stay here again. Finally, Margarita was very helpful, and always answered my messages super fast, and the caretaker Marvin is a very nice man, and he was always ready to help when needed. This was a perfect stay
