We are located on Santa Cruz beach, the beach is across the street, and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. It is a very ventilated house with great natural lighting. It is on the edge of the street, so you should take into account that there is some noise during the day, but it is quieter at night. Only in the morning you may hear a little noise from the buses passing by, but our greatest advantage is the beach, the best on the island, and the proximity to other tourist sites. FarmHouse: off-grid treehouse on Organic PC farm

The Farmhouse is a tree-house in the middle of a permaculture farm and restorative forest project on the folds of Volcano Maderas. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from town of Balgüe and ten minutes from the Maderas trail-head. It is cosy and comfortable and open to the surrounding 'jungle' setting. Howler monkeys and rare birds surround the house and eat the exotic fruits that are all around. Relax in the hammocks and enjoy nature in this and educational and immersive farm-stay.

Our cute casita is situated in a large garden beside a river. You can listen to the birds and howler monkeys, relax in your hammock on the patio, and look at the Guanacaste trees in the garden. You can use the pickleball / basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.
