Vacation rentals with beach access in San José del Cabo

This was my and my friend’s first time in Cabo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. Monica’s place was clean, well-located, well-stocked, and had AC, which ended up being much appreciated in the warm weather. Monica was very responsive to requests and loaned us snorkel gear for the beach. The unit is quiet and well-insulated — there are a few units next door and below, but I didn’t hear any neighboring noise. The location is good, walking distance from the town, beach, and marina but away from the hubub and noise. The only thing to note is the pizza place across the street typically has live music until 11/11:30 most nights, but we were up that late anyway, and it’s good music:)

I stayed here for 5 nights in March and loved it! I especially loved the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen, and I had great sleeps on the soft bed. The neighbourhood is quiet and a 20-min walk from the beach, 30-min walk from centro, and 10-min walk to the buses you can take to the swimming beaches. This was ok for me but I like to walk. For the average person, it might be best to have a car to stay here. Jennifer was a very attentive host.

Diana was fabulous. Very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She was friendly when we met and messaged. Instructions were clear. The place was lovely and relaxing. Very clean and comfortable. It is just behind the RIU and quick walk to the beach with amazing views. We took Uber to marina area to walk and shop and eat. It was super fast and inexpensive. The pool on the roof was warm and wonderful. We will stay here again. Great experience.

This was a great location. Was on the edge of Centro so not to hear bar noise and close to walk to grocery, shops, convenient stores and neighborhood cafes. Apartment was nicely decorated and clean and I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, wine glasses, beverage glasses, stainless steel pans, etc. The living area was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the air conditioning worked great. The keyless entry was appreciated so there was no need to carry a key around. It was very nice to have the outside space to enjoy in the early evening. Hosts were always quick to respond to questions, help with a special request I had or when there was a small problem with the toilet that needed to be addressed, they took care of it promptly.

Antonio waa very responsive and everything seemed very clear. It was a wonderful location since everything is at walking distance. The fellow gateman was friendly and there is also a little store inside the condominiums. Overall a great stay. Would book again on my next trip to Los cabos san Lucas. The apartment was very clean. 😄

John’s apartment is lovely! Great views of the ocean and pool. Everything was tidy & worked out great for us. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful, I took a solo trip and I felt so safe staying here and very close to everything. There are lots of food places, activities you can book and even a shopping mall to walk around. London's Place was even more stunning in person, everything in this place was amazing! not to mention but the staff here was so helpful and very friendly they helped me get around in taxi/uber and were always checking in on me if I needed anything. The pool here was also amazing very clean and had such a nice view of the marina. I would definitely book this place again.

Julie and Charlie were fabulous hosts. They greeted us, gave us suggestions. You can tell they’re as involved as you want them to be or will leave you alone. The airbnb is attached to their house but it feels very private. The value is incredible for what you get in Pedregal. The area is fairly steep so be prepared for that but there house is towards the bottom of the hill so it’s easy to go into town. The view is absolutely incredible. The pool is very convenient to quickly get in without having to pack up and everything for the beach. Security is a huge benefit… security is so good that they take the uber drivers licenses then give them back when you leave but it’s still convenient to call Ubers. You definitely don’t need a car staying here. The value is incredible and I would definitely recommend it to a couple. There’s not much closet space so pack light but you don’t need much anyway. There are several grocery stores within walking distance.

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

Very nice place. Very convenient within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach just a couple of blocks away walk. Walmart was very close right through the parking garage across the street. Was able to use the grill on the top floor and sat around the pool to relax most of the days. Alex was very responsive whenever we had questions and also let us check in early which helped us enormously. There was some noise from the street and from the nearby resort, but nothing that he could control. That street could use some cleaning like nearby streets. Broken glass and garbage on that street was an eyesort. We would book again if we come back to Cabo.

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

The communication was great. The place was easy to find and the unit had everything we needed. There are some restaurants within walking distance on the beach that were delicious. There is also someone who works independently out of the pool area and can bring you food and drinks. We really did enjoy our stay and did morning walks along the beach and spent a majority of our time in the pool. We rented a car and the marked parking was very easy to access. I will say the only “bad” thing is that there is public beach access nearby and our first night they were partying it up in the beach parking lot until around 11:30pm. We could hear the music inside, but it only happened on Sunday night for us out of the whole week. I was in the front room closest to the front door and could also hear the street traffic, but I know I’m a light sleeper so I travel with a noise cancelling speaker. I slept just fine with that on to drown out the noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to book, I would definitely return to this place, I loved the attention we received from the host, and the place is very nice, quiet and relaxing. I recommend it 100%.

Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

PHENOMENAL PROPERTY!!! This place is everything and more. The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and welcoming in every way. Beds are comfortable and the house is warm and lovely. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing, it’s truly the best of Cabo. The property is peaceful and stunning with incredible amenities. The on-property pools and services are excellent , and you can enjoy the other resorts easily. Honestly this was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences we have had. We will be back for sure. This place is a paradise!!!

Eric’s place was perfect for my wife and I for the 8 days we were there. We absolutely love the Terrasol resort property! It is very safe and quiet but super close to downtown and all the craziness of Cabo! We are definitely going back many times!

Abir's place was above and beyond our expectations. We felt right at home. We had the pool almost all to ourselves a few feet from the patio. Loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. The condo and resort were beautiful and staff was very accommodating.

Very impressed with our stay, the room and view was beautiful!!! Will definitely choose to book this room again if and when we return to Cabo! We loved having a nearby grocery store open 24 hours and multiple pools with one being heated. The patio was large, the decor and furniture were very nice. The host was helpful and we are so happy to have chosen Luis for our airbnb booking.

Hands down one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Beautiful condo, friendly staff, grounds very well maintained and general location was wonderful! Jeff was super helpful and we appreciated the ease of check in after a long travel day. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot! The view was spectacular. Such a beautiful place and we miss it already.

We stayed here for 4 nights over spring break with our kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The condo was perfect—very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the Pueblo Bonito Resorts, but I have to say, the staff at Copala were truly amazing. The shuttle service was super convenient. The ride to Sunset was always on time (we just requested it an hour in advance), and getting to the Rose and Blanco was a smooth, easy process. I’d definitely come back again! The only small downside was getting water and groceries to the condo since we didn’t have a car, but the Market at Blanco worked well for the essentials. It was nice to be away from the crowds at the resorts during spring break!

The accommodation is very nice. It is very close to the beach and the hotel area in case you attend an event/congress in a hotel. Communication with Maureen was very simple and smooth. The arrival time was flexible. If I had the chance to return to this apartment, I would do it without hesitation.

Yes it’s true; all the 5 star reviews regarding this property and the host are legit :) Ben is an awesome communicator and an accommodating and gracious host. The apartment is very well equipped (one of the “tells” is stainless steel kitchen stuff - Ben did not skimp and we made regular use of his coffee machine). A Million dollar location right on the beach, the roaring sound of the ocean and incredible sea views from the balcony are all part of the package. High speed WiFi was available to take care of any work related stuff. For transportation, Ben advised that he has a trusted driver who can take care of airport related transfers and that worked out well. Ben also suggested that Uber would be a sound choice instead of renting a car. The latter was a great tip since the Uber network in the area is excellent with most trips to outstanding restaurants costing USD5 to 7. (Much more to share but Character limit reached - we will be back)
