Beachfront vacation rentals in San José del Cabo

Laura is as very hospitable! She made the stay in Cabo very easy and would recommend staying there. Her place is very homey with a cute little music vibe going on. Additionally, it’s a walking distance from the Mariana so it’s extra convenient. Our trip to Cabo was very short and we hope to return to Laura’s place.

The apartment is everything you need when you go to Los Cabos. It has an excellent location. There are shopping malls nearby, there is a beach two blocks away, the place is very quiet and safe. Deborah was always attentive to us, responds to messages in a very short time and the directions are very precise. I highly recommend the place.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

The view was so incredible, we loved sleeping on outdoor bed! Easily walkable to hotel el gonzo and beach clubs. George’s was a super amazing restaurant just down the hill and a couple other cafes walking, easy uber ride to town and airport. Safe neighborhood, school kids early in the AM right next to the place but didn’t bother us.

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay. The porch with the sea view was magical. The house was open and spacious. Great places to grab a bite nearby and close enough to Cabo for a visit but far enough away for peace and quiet. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Everything seemed accessible, nice and comfortable, the only situation we did not like was that we had to wait until very late to access the apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet local neighborhood so there are only a handful of restaurants within walking distance, the beach is also very local which feels like an authentic experience. It’s really close to the marina which is great to walk/run around. The house had almost everything that was needed for the stay including some gym equipment which was great. The A/C worked well! Marilyn is your perfect host - responsive and helpful with local recommendations and tips.

Great spot to stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The view of 3 surf breaks from the hot tub was awesome. There were a couple good places to eat within a short walk. Only minuses would be the not walker friendly zone and road noise. The walk down the dirt road was chill and the beach walking was good, but getting to other zones required an uber.

This was our first time to Cabo and this place over exceeded our expectations!!! We loved absolutely every moment of our stay and plan to come back again each year!! The hosts were fabulous and super communicative! Don’t wait and just book your stay today!! I promise you won’t regret!!!

Beautiful condo in a great location with pool/hot tub and restaurants and food mart nearby. Highly recommend Ana who was very helpful and communicative.

This place is awesome. Had a fantastic stay. Perfect for a quick getaway or for a longer stay. Nadia is a great host and was super responsive if we ever needed anything. Would highly recommend and definitely plan on staying here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful, I took a solo trip and I felt so safe staying here and very close to everything. There are lots of food places, activities you can book and even a shopping mall to walk around. London's Place was even more stunning in person, everything in this place was amazing! not to mention but the staff here was so helpful and very friendly they helped me get around in taxi/uber and were always checking in on me if I needed anything. The pool here was also amazing very clean and had such a nice view of the marina. I would definitely book this place again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was great to have the super market and Costco at walking distance to buy water and groceries. Was very easy to get to from the airport and not far from the city/marina area. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely be staying here. The only thing is, the parking was a bit hard to find as the parking spots are not labelled in order so arriving late at night, jet lagged, it was a bit difficult to find. But other than that, felt very safe in the condo and glad we stayed there.

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Great place with everything we needed. Beautiful views and convenient location. We stayed already 3 times at Soleado and definitely coming back! Close to everything, all the restaurants, town and ocean. We always recommend this place to all our friends. Thank you so much!

Amazing property that comes just as described. The unit was very clean, with all amenities included as listed. The beachfront building is very nice, and the balcony in the unit has an incredible beach view. This is the ideal property to stay at if you are coming to Baja to surf, as it is less than a 5-minute walk via the beach/street down to Zippers, the rock, and old man's. This stretch of the beach is much quieter than other parts of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, but perfect for a quieter and more peaceful vacation. Dining options are limited at this property, but there are many great options just a short walk down the beach in either direction, and there is an Oxxo right next to the property for drinks and snacks. The hosts, Natalia & Victor, were extremely lovely and accommodating, gave local recommendations, provided extremely flexible check in/out, responded quickly, and provided thorough instructions before and during our stay. I will absolutely stay here when I return!

Rocio was very helpful throughout the process. The check in and check out was very convenient. Rocio was also helpful with providing local points of interest. We were very pleased with the stay.

The condo is located in one of the most desirable communities of Los Cabos. My husband and I found the condo to be very private, clean & comfortable. The view of the Sea of Cortez is amazing from the very large, beautifully appointed patio. The location is ideal conveniently located near shopping and wonderful restaurants. We chose not to rent a car. The beach is an easy ten minute walk. Uber was used when needed and was very affordable and convenient. Pedro was exceptional to work with. Amazing stay. Calm beach with Zippers surf spot right out front. The condo was immaculately clean and well spaced out. The lobby and pool have a private boutique resort feel which were also extremely well maintained. Guards, janitors all very friendly.

Beautiful, modern, clean condo with an incredible pool, gym and other amenities. Beach access was a bit challenging, but overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Heather‘s little beach house was a joy to stay in. Perfect location could not have been located better for viewing the surfers right out from our patio. The bed was super comfortable. The amenities were all very nice and we will definitely be going back at another time. I can’t recommend it anymore and Heather is a hostess was very prompt and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you so much Heather tracie and Jim.
