Vacation rentals with a home theater in San José

The owners spared no expense in the luxurious vibe created in this unit. The space and views allowed from the lighting of the sun this sets this condo unit apart from all the rest. I surely will be booking here again I felt like we was in a nice suite along with amazing amenities at the Nucleo towers.

location was great and size of the unit is great. Only thing that could have made the stay better is a TV in the living room and the laundry room in the unit did not have the washer/dryer.

The week I stayed at Adriana's place I felt at home, a very comfortable place with everything you need to be comfortable, I would definitely come back with my family.

Pretty clean and nice accommodation

The house was clean and had enough to live a long season, if needed. It's not big, but it doesn't stay small either. The common areas were very well maintained, with explanations in all of them about the operation and the rules. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Some more sunbeds would be appreciated. The gym had a good variety. Nearby to the apartment there is a supermarket and some restaurants.

The home is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is safe and the amenities are nice as well. Restaurants and a Grocery store is close by. The host was great by responding to questions quickly and offering suggestions of things to do. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the spaces were cozy and well decorated, and it had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Accross from butterfly museum. Shops and groceries 3 km down road bus and euber easily available. Gated community very secure. Great shared pool area. 25 minutes from San Jose airport.

Attentive, good place and good communication.

Stayed for four months at this condo and I always felt safe. The location is unbeatable with access to public transportation and good platform transportation services (Uber and Lyft). Jorge and Mauren always responded quickly to my questions and requests. I'll definitely go back to this condo when needed. Thank you for making my stay a very good one!

It complies with what is stipulated in the description, it is a good starting point for visiting different destinations in Costa Rica, it is a good option, and for the price the decision to rent this place is fine.

Excellent apartment! One of the few that have ice and cold water available from the moment of check-in. Well equipped for cooking and the hosts responded quickly!

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for my time there. Communication with the cohost Salvador was excellent. He was very responsive to a small question that I had. The location is excellent, as are the amenities in the complex including the restaurants downstairs. This is a great place to stay in San Jose.
