Apartment vacation rentals in San José

Place was very nice specially upstairs rooftop. The only thing I will the place needs at least drawers and more ground coffee and sugar. I ended up buying coffee and sugar. Also there a lot of construction noise right behind the building and they start too early at 6:30 am. So I was not able to sleep well. Other than that the area it’s quiet and the surrounding are beautiful.

Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

Had a great stay the host was very helpful and even gave recommendations on restaurants and places to visit in the area. Would definitely book again if I come back to San Jose.

Johnnys place was perfect. His apartment had everything you needed - washer and dryer, hair dryer, even a clothes steamer. The apartment was in a super safe area and not far from downtown San Jose and places like Central Market. The balcony view was amazing and the rooftop pool -- unbeatable. I absolutely recommend this spot !!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the place! It has a cool mountain view and you can hear the birds chirping. When we needed something for the unit, Pedro came right over and he's a super duper nice guy!! We love the big TV in the living room and how the kitchen had a few extras like coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Highly recommend the place ❤️

This type of apartment is exactly what we consider ideal for long stays. The apartment is brand new, with all new items and plenty of comfort—from the bed and shower to the living room and kitchen. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, game room, and an excellent coworking space with fast internet. The host was always very helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and answering all our questions. The location is also excellent: there is a supermarket very close by, several restaurants right across from the building, and a park just a few minutes’ walk away. The parking garage is great, and Uber arrives quickly, making it easy to get to the city center. In short, the apartment’s structure and everything it offers stand out. I hope all my future long stays on Airbnb are as good as this one.

Great place to stay near the airport for an early morning flight. The view is beautiful! The apartment is well equipped. The Hosts were responsive and helpful. I’d stay again!

The view is spectacular! The noise of the city is something to consider, but it was already in the description and we were prepared. Otherwise, we loved the decor and view of the apartment!

The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking; we found ourselves soaking it in every morning and evening. We loved the convenience of having several great restaurants just a short walk across the street, which made dining out easy and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and getting around was simple with easy access to transportation. What really made our experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us wonderful suggestions that helped us make the most of our time in Costa Rica. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area—and without a doubt, we would stay here again. 🇨🇷 PURA VIDA!

Fernan was very responsive and attentive. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building staff were really great and accommodating. The rooftop gym, lap pool and the general pool are a real bonus. The restaurants, cafe and mini-market were very convenient. A hair salon had just opened the day before I checked out but good to know there is another added convenience on the property. Id stay there again!

The space was private, peaceful, and had an incredible view overlooking San Jose. Communication was quick and clear throughout, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible. It felt like a perfect home base during my stay. I’ll absolutely be booking again next time I’m in San Jose.

I want to thank Luis for his hospitality, he was always attentive to questions and responded quickly. In fact, without asking for help, he was already giving me instructions to facilitate my arrival and of course we loved the place. He greeted us with a gift👌🏻. I stayed for a full month and could not have been happier. Maria is such a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and gave advice on things to do in the area. The apartment is very clean and in an amazing location. Close to Ruta 39, 27 and could get to any place in minutes. I felt secure with the security in place as well. Very nice and thorough at their job. Overall, if i ever needed to stay in the area again, Maria’s place would be my first choice. Thank you Maria for allowing me into your home and I feel like i made a friend here in Costa Rica.

The apartment is the same as in the photos, clean, with beautiful views and really close to downtown. Attentive hosts.

Safe & Secure location. The apartment was clean and as described in the photos. The common areas are very nice. There is a sauna in the locker room which is nice as well. I would recommend this place and stay here again when in Escazu. If I had to make a recommendation it would be better soap and shampoo for the shower.
