The apartments was very spacious and beautiful, near the airport and easy to reach, perfect start for our Road Trip.

For me, I was grateful; the other Airbnb I had reserved ended up having the wrong location published, so I had to book this last minute, around 8pm. I was just there for a night, but the place had a cool, very old Victorian house-style vibe. Creaky old wood floors and really tall ceilings. My room was crazy large, but it was also a handicapped room, which should be plenty large. PARKING: So they do have their own parking lot attached to the hotel, but if you arrive at night, it is locked down. So you have to go to the front desk and they have a clicker to open it. So if you park at the hotel entrance, which is on a one-way street and not really a pull-over spot but not busy so if it's late a quick stop is probably fine (cars can get around you), the garage is at least 4 car lengths before the hotel, so be smarter than me so you don't have to go around or reverse down a one-way to get in the garage. Props to the front desk agent, responsive and friendly!!

For the price I don,t think you can find better!!

I am very grateful for our stay. the place was situated in a beautiful canyon, was a good value with a robust breakfast, access to games and nearby attractions like a wildlife reserve. Dave was friendly and helpful and when we left my 3 year old sons cherished stuffed animal behind he arranged for it to be hand delivered to us 2 hours away at no fee. such amazing service, I'm so grateful. a great place to stop by especially if you have a family, want attached but extra rooms and are flying in or out of SJO

A place that's too beautiful and cozy, every detail was very special. The location is very good, it only took us a while to get there because Waze doesn't recognize the entrance, but Juan Carlos answered immediately and gave us Don Miguel's number and we resolved it in minutes. Don Miguel is super special, super friendly and hardworking. We loved the place, we'll definitely be back there

The place is very safe, the facilities are very complete, very clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Loved staying here! Good place to stay if you want to be close to multiple attractions. Loved the little town it’s in! Got to experience many things specially loved watching the town play their soccer games across the street in the rain. Would definitely stay here again.

The Ark was one of the coolest places I’ve stayed at on Airbnb! For the price, this place is unmatched…very clean space, nice pool, and it has everything you need in the room. Conveniently located next to the Tarcoles River tours and not far from Jaco. The private parking spots were a plus, too! Will stay again in a heartbeat whenever I’m back in the area!

Everything was very nice and clean, except that a sponge was needed to wash dishes, but there were still many supermarkets nearby, it was resolved quickly
