The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Close to Bass Lake and 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include queen bed, full size sofa bed, small sleeping loft with queen, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, A/C and heat, and a 6-hole disc golf course! Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. No TV here but great WiFi! This is a peaceful and quite getaway for 2 or 3. Views are amazing and plenty of trails to hike from the cabin. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge before going back home. The South gate to Yosemite is less than 30 minutes away. Bass Lake is a short drive from the cabin. Use the propane BBQ on the deck and enjoy the nature show all around you. We look forward to hosting you! We are pet friendly for 2 dogs.

You will love the ability to park and wander the historic downtown on foot or to catch the Yarts bus into Yosemite! My place is great for a couple.

The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Set on the site of an old town from the 1880's, now a working dairy farm, the "Telegraph Office" is a beautiful and comfortable escape to the charm and serenity of the country. The farm offers a unique opportunity to see where the best milk and dairy products are made. The farm enjoys some of the best sunshine in California, best night sky, mountain views, sunrises and sunsets. Relax, commune with the animals, birdwatch, hike, sit by a campfire, or whatever suits you.
