House vacation rentals in San Giuliano Terme

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft und dickes Dankeschön an Camilla die sich um alles kümmert. Bei uns zum Beispiel um die Reservierung eine Tennisplatzes. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Luisa and Colin were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early and were always available for any questions or requests prior to our arrival. They were attentive and open to all of our needs. The house itself was beautiful, with a stunning view and a pristine pool. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this estate to anyone traveling with children — they are sure to have a wonderful time here.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

This was one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in! The house and property were absolutely stunning. Everything had been recently renovated and looked actually like the pictures. The yard, landscaping and pool area were stunning and we enjoyed our morning coffee and dinners outside. The house was so comfortable for everyone with each bedroom having its own bathroom and a very clean and well appointment kitchen. The house was tastefully decorated, had comfortable beds and everywhere was spotless and clean. We travelled with our 8 month old twins and stayed for 10 days while doing day trips to Lucca and other villages. The location was easy to use as our home base and we could get to Florence and the Cinque Terre within an hour and many other amazing places in 30-45 minutes. Lucca historic centre was about a 15 minute drive. You must have car if you stay here but everything you need very close by. The host was so helpful with questions we had. We would recommend to everyone!

We hebben genoten van het geweldige huis van Maria. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Maria en haar familie, waar we verwelkomt werden met een fles wijn en lekkere taart. We waren met 6 volwassenen. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte. Fijn dat iedere slaapkamer voorzien is van een eigen badkamer. Het is een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving met een heerlijk zwembad tussen de olijfbomen en het is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn is ook de oplader voor de elektrische auto. We haalden elke morgen vers brood bij de plaatselijke bakker in het dorpje 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de mooie steden zoals Lucca, Siena, Florence. Ook het strand is prima te doen. We hebben ons zeer thuis gevoeld. Maria en familie, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd in jullie mooie huis.

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Cinzia's was more than helpful.. she offered us to pick us up from the airport when we arrived.. and take us to the train station.. when we were moving on.. Cinzia couldn't do enough for us very helpful..very approachable.. beautiful accommodation as described lovely gardens to sit outside and enjoy the weather.. highly recommend staying at Cinzia.. if I ever come back to Pisa I would definitely stay with Cinzia again.. Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, die irgendwie ein Haus ist. Sehr schön gelegen, großer Garten mit prima Terrasse, eine tolle Küche mit WIRKLICH allem. Silvia ist wirklich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle Silvia und die Unterkunft voll und ganz! Nochmal Danke!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche bei Giovanna und Antonio verbracht. Sie sind beide sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Der gemeinsame Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool ist toll, um sich an einem heißen Tag abzukühlen. Nach Lucca braucht man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch Pisa und Florenz sind gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit :-)

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door Giulio en zijn vader en zij hebben ons geholpen om de bagage bij de accommodatie af te leveren. De communicatie was de hele periode erg prettig en adequaat. Ook de attenties die klaar stonden in het huisje werden gewaardeerd. Het terras met de vele planten en bomen biedt veel schaduw op warme dagen en de omgeving is schitterend. De bedden zijn comfortabel en ook binnen was het heerlijk koel. De accommodatie is centraal gelegen voor het bezoek aan veel plaatsen in Toscane. Parkeren dichtbij het appartement is lastig maar op tien minuten loopafstand is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het dorp heeft een kleine supermarkt en slager met vriendelijk personeel. Eine buchstäblich überragende Lage. Wir sind jeden zweiten Tag auf der Anlage geblieben, haben gechillt und die Aussicht über die Bucht genossen. Auch den Pool und den Tennisplatz haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist kurvig und steil und kann anspruchsvoll sein, wenn das Auto ein Schaltgetriebe und keinen Berganfahrassistenten hat. Mit Automatik war es kein Problem. Da die Anlage nur über ein verschlossenes Tor zu erreichen ist, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben uns bei Isabell sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber. Isabell hat sich mit der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe geben und überall kleine Aufmerksamkeit platziert. Es gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants/Bars (Sugahero, Gli Orti können wir beides sehr empfehlen) und auch die Katzen auf dem Gelände werden vorgestellt. Das Pool Areal ist sehr clean und bietet viel Schatten, der Garten ist wunderschön durchdacht und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Wir würden Isabells Unterkunft auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und etwas abgelegen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steinig. Wir fahren einen Peugot 308 und es ging gut. Sofern das Auto tiefer gelegt ist, könnte es etwas knapp werden. Man ist innerhalb von 30min in Pisa und in etwa 1h15 in Florenz (je nach Verkehr). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wir waren Mitte September und es war etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem im Wasser. Im Sommer bei heissen Temperaturen bestimmt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ein absoluter Traum in der Toskana! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Pieve di Compito war einfach unvergesslich. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht – von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und einem herrlichen Garten mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch ideal, um Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder an die Küste zu machen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Natur: Morgens das Zwitschern der Vögel, abends ein Glas Wein mit Blick auf die Hügel – pure Entspannung! Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Märkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – dieses Haus ist ein kleines Paradies!

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder) haben eine Woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders den schönen Garten haben wir sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, haben wir umgehend Antworten bekommen. Der Kontakt war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe von Lucca lag die Unterkunft optimal, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 avec 2 ados et 2 enfants. Lerici qui est à 2 km est un bon point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres en bateau. Lerici et Tellaro sont également très agréables à visiter. Le logement est calme et confortable. Les différentes terrasses sont agréables.
