Teresa est une hôte merveilleuse. Disponible, pleine de conseils avisés pour randonner, faire les courses ou se restaurer. La maison est très agréable avec notamment des chambres très confortables et un espace extérieur charmant.

Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Sardaigne dans une maison absolument superbe nichée dans une jolie résidence fleurie. Complètement équipée et décorée avec originalité et goût par le papa de la propriétaire qui était un célèbre artiste de la région. Literie de qualité dans les 3 chambres Magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine depuis la terrasse. Un immense merci aux propriétaires, qui ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Accueillants, attentionnés et toujours prêts à partager leurs bonnes adresses ou à rendre service, ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Is it set in beautiful nature without surrounding houses. Dario is a great host and made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you, we will be back!

Wir hatten eine gute Anreise und mit der Beschreibung der Lage war das Haus gut zu finden. Check in war uns früher möglich, vielen Dank dafür noch! Antonello hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles super erklärt. Das Haus ist super, alles top. Jeder Raum klimatisiert !Ruhige sehr schöne Lage. San Teodoro schnell zu erreichen und Strände gleich in der Nähe. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Aussendusche die ich jeden Morgen in der Sonne genossen hab :) ! Besonders natürlich ist die Aussicht von dort oben aufs Meer, grandios. Besonders am frühen Morgen der Sonnenaufgang. Besser geht’s kaum! Alles in allem, alles super und wir konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit vielen Erlebnissen und Eindrücken genießen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Gastgeberin! Wir würden gerne wieder mal als Gäste kommen!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen lässt es sich vor allem auf der wunderschönen Terrasse toll entspannen und essen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeber Paolo und Sonia haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren mit dem Check in und out flexibel was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Das Haus liegt außerdem sehr günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind gleich in der Nähe (ca 10-15 min) und trotzdem ist man abseits des Trubels und hat es damit sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Am Rande der Ortschaft gelegen und doch ist alles (Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants ect.) sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est à couper le souffle on pourrait la contempler pendant des heures! Nous étions au calme en dehors de la saison donc peu de voisins. Le logement est identique à l’annonce, nous avons apprécié la cuisine dans laquelle il y avait tout le matériel pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Giorgio était très réactif et proactif dans les informations ou demande. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour ressourçant en Sardaigne plusieurs des plus belles plages de Sardaigne se trouvent à moins de 20 min de la maison en voiture et des plages sont également accessibles à pieds. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne nous relouerons certainement ce logement. Élodie et sylvain

Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht und die Wohnung mit all Ihren Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Wohnung war zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohl und zu hause gefühlt.

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Maria è una padrona di casa amichevole e disponibile. Ti fa sentire a casa. Bellissimo l'appartamento in villa, di classe e di design. Davvero elegante e confortevole. la casa era pulitissima con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, il quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. tornerò di sicuro!

A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

We were initially hesitant to book this place since it's a new listing with only a few reviews, but we're so glad we took the chance Andrea's apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The space was spotless upon arrival, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate our late check-in, even though there's a set time window. The apartment looks recently remodeled with brand-new furniture, and everything felt thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is peaceful and ideal if you have a car-just 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket, with beautiful beaches only a short drive away. We explored several beaches that were within 15-30 minutes, and San Teodoro was just 10 minutes from the apartment. One of the best highlights was the outdoor shower, which became the perfect refresh after long beach days. We traveled with our five-year-old, and she absolutely loved the bunk bed - it made her feel right at home and excited to return after our outings. We will definitely book it again!

Leisan was onze reddende engel! Onze vakantie begon onrustig: het eerste appartement bleek luidruchtig en we kwamen niet tot rust. Via Airbnb gingen we op zoek naar een nieuw verblijf en zo kwamen we bij villa Chiara terecht. De villa was eigenlijk nog niet klaar voor verhuur. Toen ik uitlegde dat de huidige accommodatie niet voldeed aan onze verwachtingen, beloofde ze om toch zo spoedig mogelijk de villa in orde te maken ondanks de uitdaging dat het lastminute was. Dezelfde dag was het toch geregeld! Toen we aankwamen, rook je het vers gemaaide gras, het zwembad lag er strak bij, en de villa was net helemaal schoongemaakt. Wat een verademing! Tijdens ons verblijf was Leisan super bereikbaar en gaf ze ons veel leuke tips. Dankzij haar hebben we onze vakantie alsnog heerlijk kunnen afsluiten. Het bed sliep heerlijk, kastruimte was enorm en de horren voor elke raam en deur was fijn! Zo kon je toch alles open zetten. Leisan, ontzettend bedankt en we komen zeker een keer terug!

Great accommodation with a very kind host. Accommodation is located next to other houses on the park, but we experienced full privacy. Everything was very neat and clean. The view on the sea and the close walk to the beach was amazing! We would definitely recommend the home to everyone for a relaxed holiday.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in Baia Sardinia. Het huis was meer dan compleet, geweldige buitenruimte, sfeervol interieur, goede parkeergelegenheid en op loopafstand van een klein mooi strandje

Das Haus von Luana ist perfekt eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ruhe, die Atmosphäre und das liebevoll gestaltete Haus haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und entspricht genau den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Graziella war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt und sie war immer für uns da ,wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es war wirklich wunderbar und wir können einen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber super charmant. Besonders der Außenbereich vor dem Haus hat uns zum verweilen eingeladen. Es sind zwei Klima Anlagen vorhanden, die problemlos das ganze Haus kühlen können. Einzig das Wasser im Haus war nur kalt verfügbar. Außendusche war auch warm. Der Preis war leider etwas hoch für die Nebensaison im September. Da waren 800€ für 6 Tage bedeutend zu teuer. Danke für den super Aufenthalt.

In short, this place is a gem. The location is so great that when we went to Porto Istana for a day trip, we literally turned around and went back to our home beach without unloading. Everything we wanted was already there. The little towns nearby are wonderful and have all you need. The privacy plus beach access of this stay are lovely. You can see water from nearly all the windows in the place. All the air conditioners worked great. I loved the main bed — soft enough to be easy on the joints and firm enough to still have structure. The single beds are probably not the best for adults, but perfectly fine for my 12 year old. Everything about this stay was easy. Just take note that the bar/restaurant a few hundred yards down the beach plays music until about 10pm. You don’t hear it at all in the home, but you do on the beach during the afternoon and evening. It’s not too loud. The things highlighted as issues in past reviews are fixed. Fabio was helpful, kind, and responsive.
