Casa Irene

Casa Irene is a delightful Tuscan-style apartment, located on the second and top floor of a building just a 5-minute walk from the center, 50 meters to Porta San Matteo and another 50 meters to Via Francigena. Given the secluded location, it is easily reached by car to park in the immediate free parking. The apartment equipped with WiFi and air conditioning is divided into an open space living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the walls of San Gimignano

Apartment in the historical center

The apartment in the historic center of San Gimignano consists of two large double rooms, one of which also has a single bed, a rustic kitchen in masonry and a beautiful living room with fireplace that will help you magically return back in time. There is also an inner courtyard with water well and red fish. From the windows of the apartment we overlook the piazza of Sant'Agostino with the well in the centre, and on the sides the Churches of St. Augustine and St Peter. a fantastic experience.

The entire apartment and the external courtyard are for the exclusive use of the single guest. The apartment has been renovated respecting all the values of the time lived. It is located in the center, surrounded by tall towers. You will have a wonderful outdoor courtyard with views of the towers for your exclusive use for an extraordinary outdoor dinner or enjoy a glass of wine in peace.
