I had a fantastic stay at Gabe’s place! It was excellent value for money—clean, secure, and exactly as described. Gabe was a great host, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Would happily stay again!

Terrific location for my purposes : SD Public library is a three minute walk. Private entrance is fantastic. It’s a very modern functional space. The only thing was a blind broken/missing upstairs so there was a lot of light in the bedroom. At this price I think that might have been fixed before our stay but those things happen and we hung a sheet over the window! Otherwise no reservations. The parking is well worth if and John was responsive!

Todo estuvo perfecto. Si bien al comienzo tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con cosas que faltaban y un desperfecto con la ducha, Andy siempre estuvo en contacto y predispuesto a darnos una solución. Sin dudarlo volvería a hospedarme aquí si volviera a San Diego.

Amazing cozy spot. Nice area in TJ. Great for families. The beach is a little walk away and you get the feel of TJ. Luis was great. Always responsive with questions and recommendations. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or a home away from home, this is your spot!

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place in San Diego! The condo was clean, centrally located and very spacious. The gated garage was awesome, and we loved staying on an upper floor with great views. We arrived very late in the night, and Kim was kind enough to stay awake to meet us with the keys and codes. We had a great time staying there during the long weekend!

Had a great stay! The lock of the main door is a bit strange and should be replaced, as well as the pillows of the bed, these should also be replaced. Otherwise, was nice and I would stay here again.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!
