We loved our stay at this home. The place was clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. In addition, the host was very kind and attentive, always willing to help and respond quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily return.

My partner and I really enjoyed the stay, the kitchen was very complete, we found everything we needed, there were also towels for the bathroom and the pool, air conditioning, TV with platforms, everything was very safe, there are several steps that at first confused us a little but really everything is easy and gives you confidence in safety. Highly recommended, a very good host.

Definitely the cleanest of any air BNB you will find. The host is amazing. He is definitely there for you 24/7. The unit I stayed in had everything I needed and I stayed for a month! As for the location, I have one word: EXCELLENT. There is nothing to be afraid of there. All of Franks neighbors are really nice. The location is a short distance from several restaurants and beach clubs. As for safety, you are extremely safe. My only regret was that the pool wasn’t open yet. San Carlos is beautiful. No doubt about where to stay!

Marvida Penthouse was amazing. The directions finding it were a bit confusing. For anyone reading this the entrance to the door that leads to the front door is to the left of the sushi restaurant! We circled for at least 20min trying to find it. The apartment and the view of the marina are gorgeous, we especially loved that the adjoining apartment which allowed for both of our groups to have their own space. Ramon was very responsive and nice. Will definitely be back for next year’s Eterno Music Festival!

Everything is very good

Excellent accommodation, one of the few you'll find right on the beach. Very comfortable common areas, very nice pool and Jacuzzi with ocean views. The room matched the images shown and had all the amenities. Highly recommended.

Great location, very clean, just like the photos

We enjoyed our stay and the porch view was very scenic and relaxing. Don’t count on golf as a nearby activity but hiking definitely is. The beaches are great near Pilar and other nearby areas. Hope to return to this developing community soon.

Recomend this house 100%. Right in front of the beach. Beautiful house. The acces to the beach was awesome. Worth our money.

Delightfull local host, Arce, was really helpful and incredibly responsive. The space is large and very pretty. We did not use the pickleball court and pool much, due to weather, but glad it was there. Many restaurants around the marina area are easily walkable. Beds very comfortable. Lovely views from the palapa and upper deck area.
