Vacation rentals with beach access in San Carlos Nuevo Guaymas

The place is very well located, literally a few steps from the beach, which is also excellent and the views too. We loved staying at this place, there's plenty of space and it has everything you need to have a good time. Super recommended

Omar’s home is in a quiet, clean, guarded neighborhood centrally located walking distance from restaurants and across the street from the beach. Omar accommodated us on a late booking request which allowed us to rest after a long travel day. We will be back!!

I have been coming to Condos Pilar since 2006. I have to say that Scott’s place is absolutely one of the nicest condos available there. Talk about bang for your buck! You can’t get better than the wonderful ocean view the half mile walk to the estuary, the peace and quiet ! Scott was a great host too many thanks to him. This studio apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The space was clean, quiet and comfortable and the best part was the one minute walk to a beautiful beach. For the first few days, I stayed on the premises and enjoyed the beach, but when I wanted to check out the town, it was a quick and easy cab ride to the local restaurants, bars and shops. I loved staying here and only hope I will be able to do it again one day. Thank you Dinora!

The unit directly overlooks the beach and pools and the condos are situated directly on a very clean and safe beach. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance from the condos. The photos look exactly like reality. The faciltiy is very clean and well maintained, with 24 hour security and gated/private parking. You can drive to other nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The only downside was that the condo was not stocked as an Airbnb usually is with extra towels, enough shampoo/conditioner/soap for your stay, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. The facility has a small convenience store that sells many things, but it did not have those items. This did not impact the quality of our trip greatly, but I would have packed differently if I had known the condo was not stocked.

Great location, very walkable to everything we needed. Roads are a bit rough getting there, but the area feels safe and is quiet.

My stay was very pleasant as the place had all the necessary amenities, such as washing machine and dryer, which was very practical. The apartment had two rooms: one spacious and comfortable, and another more compact, ideal for sleeping. The view from the place was great, really a highlight. Also, despite being a busy date, the elevators never became saturated, which made the experience even more pleasurable.
