The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Podere Bagnoli: Acanto House

A blast from the past. This enchanting apartment, created from the original settlement of the farmhouse, still preserves the charm of the past intact. The large fireplace with the frescoed coat of arms is a real piece of history, which tells the story of the family that once lived here. The stylish floors, exposed beams and furniture create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything contributes to making the environment unique and evocative.

Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.
