This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

Staying at Mojave Moon is like your own mini wellness retreat. The house and backyard are both so well done and shout out to the great vinyl collection! We loved soaking up the desert vibes in the backyard each day and making friends with all the adorable chipmunks and bunnies that came through to say hi. We had to reschedule our initial booking and Britt was extremely accommodating and always super communicative. We loved our time at her place and cannot wait to go back!

I don’t know where to start. The communication was great to start with. Extremely responsive and friendly — the best communication I’ve experienced from many stays I’ve been. The place felt very clean and modern with a lot of unique decoration pieces. I really loved how the bathroom looked with the sink, the sandy finish, and the window in the shower that gave a great view. Speaking of view, sitting in the outdoor tub and enjoying nature and its quietness, only hearing the sounds of leaves from the nearby tree and wings of birds flapping, was definitely a highlight too. Thanks again for this great experience!

We loved our stay! There was plenty of activities to do at the house and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location is in great proximity to Joshua Tree and close enough to town to make a quick run for something but far enough out to be relaxing and peaceful. Our host was super friendly and very responsive.

We absolutely adored our stay at Kashmir. The serene setting was utterly magical and the house was beautifully and thoughtfully done. We loved hanging out in the hot tub and watching the stars in the evenings and sitting on the patio drinking coffee in the mornings. The area is stunning with great views and is very private. The outdoor shower is so fun, sexy, and such a vibe. We were impressed by how conveniently located we were as well — despite feeling secluded and rural, we were 15-30min away from basically every adventure we could imagine (including Joshua Tree!). Elizabeth was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with. We loved our time so much that we asked to extend our stay; while Kashmir was unavailable, Elizabeth graciously arranged for us to stay at another of her beautiful spots nearby. We really appreciate the flexibility and loved having the extra day in the area. We’re already planning our next visit!!

I had an incredible stay at this property! Kyle and Patrick were amazing hosts—welcoming, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire experience. I had the unique pleasure of watching this home being built and saw firsthand the care, pride, and attention to detail that went into every corner of the space. Celebrating a special occasion here made the experience even more meaningful. The house itself is not only beautifully designed but also thoughtfully curated to make guests feel right at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and truly appreciate the heart that Kyle and Patrick have poured into creating such a special retreat.

Wonderful location! Perfect for anyone who loves health and wellness and wants to relax with the sauna and a nice shower outdoors. Beautiful spot and so peaceful!

My wife, son and lil puppy all enjoyed this home. For those who are planning future visit, pack plenty of insect repellants. There were a lot of activities to do in the backyard, but there were plenty of any hills also. If you are planning to see stars at night, find dates when the moon is not fully bright. Overall a great vacation.

Ingrid is a warm-hearted woman with a gentle spirit and a gift for hospitality. Her space reflects her persona and is engineered for comfortable living. From the kitchenette, to the bathroom, to the laundry space, to the bed area, to the porch table and pool, everything is master planned for perfection. Ingrid's attention to detail transforms a cozy space into an understated yet extremely luxurious experience. Hand crafted soap, scented oils, complimentary domestic supplies, wines glasses, a smoking area, and spa-like amenities really make this location a gem in the region. I would recommend Ingrid's place to singles, couples, or a small family with one child, as it is on the smaller side, but it beats any 3-star hotel and easily rivals a 4-star experience. It is truly equivalent to a 5-star experience and superior to most places in Victor Valley.

I was in town for a family emergency and KCs place was just 3 short minutes from my destination. The beds were comfy, it was quiet, clean and for my needs was perfect. It was so perfect I extended my stay a couple nights! Thank you.

This is a lovely spot! It’s quiet, spacious, and CLEAN! Aaron was a responsive and friendly host, as well. There are two great taco spots just across the street and within walking distance of Riverside Food Lab. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We had a wonderful week stay! Location is perfect to get into the park and town of Joshua Tree as well as an easy drive to 29 Palms, Yucca Valley, Palm Springs, Pioneer Town. The house was large (big dining/living room/master bed) with comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook meals at home. We had a few issues with fans/ac, but the hosts were very responsive. Cowboy tub wasn't up and running, so you may want to message host to see if it's back if you are looking forward to it. There is an outdoor table for 4 and a few other outdoor chairs as well. We especially loved sitting in the back yard, which is very private and large, among many beautiful desert plants, animals (lots of birds, rabbits, and lizards!), and stars!

Chez was an incredible host. AC was leaking at a point and they fixed it right away for us while we were not at the place. The place was perfect to relax in after a long day of doing things. Comfortable bed and all the kitchen amenities you need if you’re saving money. About a 25 min drive from downtown Palm Springs and a 50 min drive to Joshua Tree National Park. Nice and quiet area to stay in. I will definitely come back next time I travel out here.

With extremely little to no light pollution, Inge and Fred’s listing was the absolute perfect, secluded place we could’ve picked for our last minute trip to stargaze and catch the milky way! I loved how they anticipated and provided us with clear directions and tips so we were able prepare and find our way to and around the studio with absolute no issue. The studio was very clean, well thought out, and so so cozy, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. The outdoor space is nicely sectioned off with a grill and lounger chairs offering total privacy and the most breathtaking views of the night sky and sunrise. I would definitely stay again and am in fact looking forward for the next opportunity to do so!

Karen’s place was great. Super clean and nicely decorated very happy with the stay. Nice private area very quiet very respectful people that are staying next-door.

Fantastic Stay. Love the location. Love that you can park literally out the front door. Love that the bay is just steps away. Love the arcade game for the kids.

Beautiful location right around the corner from Snow Summit bike park. This will be my go to when I go back to Big Bear.

This was our second time staying at Anne’s place. Just like the first time, her place was clean and she was very communicative. The location is less than a mile to London Bridge, so it’s very convenient. We would stay there again! Thank you Anne!!

We were only at Sindy's place for a night and it was absolutely worth every penny. Her space was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable of our entire trip. Sindy was also great at getting back to us and answering every question we had. Checking in and checking out was easy. we will absolutely be staying with her again next time we're in town!

Great place! We would highly recommend this location because it’s close to the water, safety, and near every restaurant and coffee spot! The condo was clean and a vibe! Easy access and Ashley was very nice! We will stay again for sure. 👍
