The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great quiet, safe, and close to everything. I truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Such a great beautiful place to stay. It was definitely a home away from home. Very close to Joshua Tree State Park, Good food, flea market and amazing stores. Loved how it also had a little corner with lounge chairs to enjoy the stars.

I felt really comfortable here - I’ve stayed twice, so obviously it worked very well for me. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts Gregory and Steven were really friendly, helpful, and responsive. They were very accommodating of our requests and flexible. We have been doing a road trip across the South West staying mostly in motels, so this was a really nice change. While it is motel like with parking at the door, and right off the side of the highway, the room was much nicer with all of the perks of an airbnb - nicer amenities, stove and pots and pans to cook with, a nice big TV and large washer and dryer. No expenses spared in the fit out. And it was nice and quite also even being so close to a main road. It was a great place to stay, we would stay again

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

There’s definitely pros and cons to this place but overall had a pleasant stay. The house overall looked clean when we arrived. There are some minor cosmetic issues that make the house look/feel unfinished though. Beds were comfy and all the appliances worked. Like other reviews mentioned, there’s no dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils so we had to buy our own. We messaged the host about the ice maker not working and they did not offer to fix it, they simply replied with “maybe it can’t make ice. I’m sorry”. We also had issues with one of the gas burner knobs and the water filter knob coming off. The washer and dryer worked great but they were extremely loud so we had to always close both doors that lead to where they are. The bedrooms have very thin walls and we could hear the people staying in the main house very clearl

Selcuk and Melody were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire duration of my stay! Selcuk was accommodating and welcoming, and very communicative. I did go over the bathtub because it wasn't quite spotless, but the rest of the home was clean and orderly. The outdoor patio space was perfect for sitting with my tea and journaling, and the couch in the living room was super comfy! I had some issues with the lock, but both hosts went above and beyond to assist. I would 10000% stay here again. Thank you!!

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Great location for us to get to family.! We had a lot to do so didn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub.! Next time.! Only small issue there wasn’t enough toilet paper one roll per restroom. There were plenty of towels that was great.! Thank you for sharing your space with us.!

Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

Clean and great place!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Such a nice area to stay! Very responsive and helpful hosts, and a perfect description of the condo. Stayed for 3 nights, and wish we could’ve stayed longer especially because of how great the price a night is. Everything you can possibly need is at the condo, and you feel right at home.

We truly appreciate Dennis for accommodating us on such short notice. His home is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. This is my second time staying at queens bay. Love it here. Host was great. Room was nice. Location is close to the lake and walking distance to restaurants.

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Though it’s a whole unit, but it’s half of the house that you shared the kitchen with other people. Still has privacy and your own space! Just a reminder for those who thinks the same. Overall very nice location and amenities

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We had a great time at the Sombrero house. It was right in route for us to continue to travel the following day, we got an upgrade on our room, and the price was the best anywhere around! Thank you Marie!
