First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the most lovely southwest facing terrace. We have cared for details in the apartment so that it can be the setting for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Ø. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and town within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. - beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

The house 10 C is a totally renovated south wing of a historic wood frame house from 1680, located in the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour and a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation. The house has floor heating and a stove and as you can see a unik fusion of new and old.

The house has a nice big kitchen, dining room, living room and two double bedrooms and a children's room with a single bed (elevation). In addition, the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Closed fenced garden and lovely patio with garden fireplace where there is always shelter. Nice sandy beach with jetty.
