On the upper floor there is a repos and two bedrooms with large double beds. There is also a baby cot. The upper floor is not newly renovated, but cozy and usable. Smallholding on the island of Samso

This is a home with a history, the house is more or less as it was 70 years ago. We try to keep the style of the house intact while adding the usual modern comforts. We have renovated with respect of the whys and ways of the people who lived here. You have the ground floor for yourself most of the time. We do however use the other room for family and friends now and again. We live on the first floor but no worries, we are as quiet as mice (almost).

Stauns 10 C with hanging wagon

The house 10 C is a totally renovated south wing of a historic wood frame house from 1680, located in the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour and a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation. The house has floor heating and a stove and as you can see a unik fusion of new and old.

Stauns 10 D

The house is a converted barn, totally rebuild 2005 by myself, only the old timber structure is kept. Now with to levels downstairs I have my workshop, but it will not be used when rented out so a quiet place inside the nature reserve Stauns Fjord (not a summerhouse area) close by is a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for canoe or kayak trips.

Lovely annex close to Ballen and 15 meters from the beach

Lovely annex with private bathroom with shower. You live here a little stone's throw from the water, with a jetty and the lovely clean Kattegat. A few minutes walk from Ballen by ferry to Zealand, harbour environment, grocery and specialty shops as well as several restaurants. The price includes linen, hand chains and of course cleaning.
