Bungalow vacation rentals in Sampieri

The Beach Bungalow on Marina Di Modica was just right. The beach a few hundred yards away was spotlessly clean and the sea was crystal clear. The aircon in the accommodation was much needed . Giovanni stayed very late due to delay flight time and was always in contact on what’s app checking up on me and answering any questions very quickly. He also fixed the shower rail which due to no fault of theirs fell down and he sorted it within a few hours. Highly recommend staying at Keys as you feel very looked after and Giovanni is a very charming host and very keen to make sure my stay was as happy and relaxed as I wanted it to be. I was also allowed to have a later check out time that suited me for a very small extra cost. The small town has an amazing Gelateria, I tried a different ice cream flavour each day, lovely hidden deli behind it with delicious breads, pastries etc too and a small mini market for all essentials. The lifeguard and staff at Corola Beach bar had best sun beds. 🏖️❤

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre settimane in uno dei bungalow. La residenza è perfetta soprattutto se si hanno bambini, all’interno infatti non circolano auto o altri mezzi e i bambini sono liberi di giocare in serenità e sicurezza. La struttura è immersa in un bellissimo giardino mediterraneo che dà un po’ di frescura anche nelle giornate più calde. La spiaggia è a soli tre minuti a piedi, si può scegliere tra spiaggia libera o lidi. Inoltre, data la posizione, una caratteristica importante è la presenza di un parcheggio riservato in un’area recintata di fianco alla struttura. Giorgio e suo fratello Daniel sono due host presenti ma discreti, nella loro struttura ci si sente come a casa. Non sono mai invadenti ma sempre disponibili quando si ha bisogno. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare a La Perla di Sicilia.

La Perla is Sicilia ist eine kleine, ruhig gelegene Bungalowanlage, 3min zu Fuß vom schönen Strand entfernt. Man hört von der Terrasse das Meeresrauschen. Sehr Kinder geeignet. Kleiner Spielplatz mit guter Tischtennisplatte in der Anlage. Giorgio und Daniel sind sehr nette, unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite Betreiber. Wenn's klappt, fahr ich nochmal hin.😀

Il bungalow è accogliente e di dimensioni ottimali anche per una famiglia di 4 persone. Si trova in un complesso tranquillo, riservato e in una posizione vantaggiosa: qualche decina di metri sia dalla spiaggia che dalla piazzetta centrale di Marina di Modica. Giorgio e Daniel sono due host molto gentili e disponibili. Marina di Modica è una località di mare molto tranquilla con spiagge pubbliche e private, ben curate. Da Marina di Modica sono facilmente raggiungibili posti meravigliosi: punta delle formiche, l’isola delle correnti, Marzamemi, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Punta Secca, Siracusa, Scicli, … Di sicuro è una vacanza che ricorderò molto positivamente.

La consiglio a tutte le coppie che vogliono trascorrere le vacanze. Alloggio davvero confortevole e vicinissimo dal mare ,ristoranti, bar e tutto ciò che serve per la quotidianità. È stato una casa a tutti gli effetti non è mancato nulla davvero. Qualunque cosa servisse era presente nell'abitazione. Accoglienza davvero amichevole e affettuosa. Scusate se sono ripetitivo ma DAVVERO LA CONSIGLIO ALLE COPPIE IN CERCA DI RELAX!!! Grazie ancora a Malu per la tua gentilezza e affidabilità e sopratutto serietà e accoglienza come se fossimo nella nostra casa!!!... Alla prossima!!!!😉

Vous rêvez d'une maison sur la plage ? C'est l'endroit rêvé ! La plage est tellement belle que j'ai voulu acheter l'endroit, mais dommage ce n'était pas à vendre. L'accueil faite par le papa typiquement italien a été parfait. Allez-y, vous ne voudrez plus repartir !!!

Very nice holiday house in beautiful part of Italy

Mi sono trovata benissimo, dall’accoglienza al check-in alla disponibilità al check-out, in tutti gli aspetti: pulizia del bungalow, zona dello stesso, a due passi dal mare, ed era esattamente come nelle foto. Le cose che ho preferito, oltre l’aria condizionata, sono state le due verande davanti e dietro al bungalow che l’hanno resa ai miei occhi come una casa accogliente. Ringrazio Giovanni e Michele per la disponibilità durante tutto il periodo.

Nunziella and Luca were great. Friendly and helpful. Unique space and close to the center of town . Amazing pizzeria close by. Beautiful almond trees. Beautiful people, wonderful food, stunning natural environment. Noto is Sicily

Merci Nunziella et Luca pour ce séjour merveilleux. C'était calme, paisible, tranquille, exactement ce dont on avait besoin pour ces vacances. Vous étiez tous les deux toujours disponibles, arrangeants, bienveillants et à l'écoute des voyageurs, c'était très très agréable. Nos filles (4 ans et 9 ans) étaient charmées par l'endroit, et comme vous le savez déjà, par les 4 petits chats qui ont fait leur bonheur aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Nous avons apprécié grandement notre séjour chez vous, merci pour tout, nous ne manquerons pas de recommander Fiori di Noto ❤️
