We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Very nice and especially family-friendly accommodation. The apartment was very clean and corresponded to the descriptions. We were in the apartment with two families (3 children, 2-8 years). The outdoor area with pool was great and also great for the kids. The direct location on the railway tracks with regular train and freight traffic (even at night) was not disturbing for us. We will be happy to come back.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We really enjoyed staying at Julika's place. Everything we needed for our trip was available in the apartment. The apartment is extremely quiet right opposite Hohenaschau Castle, a great sight. The spacious balcony also offers a beautiful view. The apartment was ideally located to start one or the other excursion (the Kampenwandbahn starts virtually behind the apartment, Prien and the descent to Herrenchiemsee were only a few minutes away by car). In the village itself, you will find everything you need to live within a few minutes' drive. Right next to the property is a tavern with good prices and really powerful portions. This was recommended by Julika and we can only pass on this recommendation. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to fully take advantage of the generous range of sights and excursion destinations. We will probably have to come back and hope to stay in this great apartment again.

Had a great stay. Got offered to park inside the garage. Followed the recommendations for things to see in the area and had a blast! Will return.

It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

It was a really nice weekend, a very cozy place to stay

We were received in a super friendly manner and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband the entire time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountains on the balcony. The relaxing effect sets in so quickly that you can switch off perfectly. Thank you for this!!!

We had a great stay, 2 of us with a dog, in the apartment of Sabine and her family, who are totally friendly and warm. The apartment is bright, modern, clean and has a wonderful balcony where you could spend the whole day. We felt very comfortable and really well taken care of, almost like at home. Everything you need is available in the apartment and we lacked nothing. The location is great too. Shopping, restaurants and ice cream parlors are within walking distance and you can just as quickly be in the countryside and on the Prien. By car, you can reach Lake Chiemsee in 15 minutes and Munich or Salzburg in 1 hour for a stroll or to the most beautiful places in the mountains. There is so much to see here, you would have to stay much longer than a week to see everything. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing vacation. We went hiking and were able to sit on the beautiful balcony afterwards and then fell asleep in the cozy bed.

Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

The vacation home of Christine and Jozef is a real gem for peace seekers. House has all the comforts, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with possibilities for cycling, hiking, swimming in the summer. Waking up in the morning with the bells of the cows, who wouldn't want that?
