It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The Comfort - apartment is located on the 1st floor in our newly renovated VILLA ELISA (built in 1906), ideal for 2-6 guests and comfortably reached via elevator. It consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.

This centrally located place is within a 10-minute walk of the old town of Salzburg. A bus stop is 100m away. The apartment has 28 square meters and is generously divided. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, towel dryer, hair dryer and illuminated cosmetic mirror. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, an elevator is available. In Carport Parking, you can rent extra, otherwise parking is available, depending on availability.

Our apartment house is centrally located and in a very quiet location in the well-known holiday resort of Flachau. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Parking is free. Behind the house is a large green area with a public terrace, lawn and table tennis table. Hand towels, bath towels and bed linens are included.
