Florian’s place was wonderful and met our expectations! He greeted me upon arrival and showed me how the shower worked so there wouldn’t be any confusion (for hot water just turn it towards the cold icon, it’s just backwards but easy to figure out)! He provided us with a crib for our nine month old and the YouTube video of how to find his place made it super easy. He even told us we could check out a little later if we wanted (we had things we wanted to do or else we would have stayed a bit longer)! We stayed for one night while traveling through Austria; I made Spaghetti and we enjoyed dinner and wine on the balcony with a view of the mountains. I would recommend his place to anyone!

Petra was a great host from the first contact! Even before the beginning of the arrival, we were very enchantingly prepared by Petra for the days in Schladming. The apartment is centrally located and quiet - it really couldn't be better. The great restaurants in the city center are within walking distance in a few steps can be reached. Especially recommended here is the restaurant Bock auf Müllers. Here you will absolutely be thrilled! Also here, great hosts,the Steffi and her team. The delicious food is served with attention to the details. In Petra's apartment, every detail is really thought of, whether there are the high-quality wine glasses, the Hot water bottle, cleaning products, everywhere sufficient hooks for the ski clothes, umbrella or even the shoe spoon are just GREAT!! The bed is great, sleeps and dreams great😴. Petra responded to questions around the clock in no time, we are thrilled! We will be happy to come back and look forward to seeing you next time ...❤️

We felt completely comfortable and felt very welcome. The contact and communication with the hostess, even in advance, went quickly, directly and smoothly. She was always responsive, helpful and responded to our needs and met extra requests like a late check out. A beautiful, bright, spacious and fully equipped apartment with sauna in the house. It was also great that the Zell am See - Kaprun Sommercard was included. We can fully recommend the apartment and thank you again for the great stay.

Roland was incredibly welcoming of us. He was very friendly and provided helpful local knowledge, with great food recommendations and good mountain tips. The Landhaus is very well maintained, convenient parking and ski/board storage. I'd definitely visit again if I was in the area.

Very helpful host. Location was good, and amenities were great. Easy check in / out. We had access to swimming pools and saunas, which was great after a days activities in the mountains. You can reach the ski lift with in 10 minutes walk. Kitchen had everything what we needed for the duration of our stay. Will recommend this place to my friends and probably will be using Xenia’s place again if I’ll be in the area.

Very well located apartment, very close to the ski school and chairlift. Possibility to book breakfast and dinner in the attached "hotel" is a great opportunity. The breakfast is highly recommended. Also, the apartment is cleaned daily for this reason. Great plus! We were very satisfied, also with the communication of the hostess

we had a really great and uncomplicated stay. Frank is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. The apartment was found as described - very nice and great location

The apartment is located in the middle of Bad Hofgastein and is equipped to a high standard. Everything is within walking distance very quickly. The towels were changed several times in the one week and the garbage emptied. We were very positively surprised. Unfortunately a rather spartan kitchen equipment and on the balcony there were only 2 chairs, but there were four of us. The apartment is located on a street through which the city bus also runs. In addition, the delivery of a supermarket. Both lead to noise punctually, but as I said, only punctual. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains as you let the view wander further and not pay attention to the back of the supermarket. The absolute highlight is that the sauna, shower and fitness area can be shared by the Hotel Österreichischer Hof. Towels and bathrobes are available from the very friendly staff at the hotel, which is really only 2 minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable.

Great place, great location, great host Worth to be called Luxury

That was absolutely lovely place. Cozy apartment with full equipped kitchen. Exceptional view from the balcony on the small river,very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a quiet vacation.

A modern apartment in a really cool hotel. Top service and really nice staff. The situation was top notch for us and we were able to do many beautiful things. We will be happy to come back.

There was a little hiccup in the booking, but once we got ahold of the host the corrected the mistake by giving us an upgrade to their premium lodge, free breakfast and free lift tickets. And the new lodge was spectacular! It was so great we actually didn’t even use the lift tickets they gave us and we just stayed at the lodge and sat on the porch all day and took in the views! The place is so talking and beautiful. I’m going to surprise my parents with a vacation here!
