The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This apartment at Laschenskygut is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct and free bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers. For children you find a playground, a table tennis table, pedal karts and a nearby farm.

"Away from mass tourism, towards the highest quality and comfort" was the motto for the renovation of the apartments at our farm from Reiter. Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. From this centrally located accommodation, you can walk to the old town of Salzburg within 10 minutes. A bus stop is 100 m away. The apartment is 35 sqm and is generously divided. A carport parking space can be rented separately, otherwise a parking space is available depending on availability.
