In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This centrally located place is within a 10-minute walk of the old town of Salzburg. Bus stop is 100 meters away. The apartment is 67 square meters and is generously divided. The bathroom has a jungle shower and hand shower, double sink, towel dryer, hair dryer, illuminated cosmetic mirror. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, an elevator is not available. A carport parking lot can be rented extra, otherwise parking is available subject to availability
