Featuring an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with a free-standing log burner and private garden. Sleeps 4, king-size bedroom & twin bedroom. Featuring a family bathroom with shower & bath. Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
