Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

Cozy two-story remodeled home across from Sterling Lake. Fully-equipped kitchen stocked with a selection of breakfast supplies. Dining room with space for six guests. Two private bedrooms. One sleeping alcove with privacy screen. One queen bed & 4 twins. Perfect getaway for couples, families or groups. Enjoy morning coffee at the sunny dinette. Relax on the front deck in the evening. Playground, picnic area, pool, splash park, and walking paths are just beyond the front yard at Sterling Lake.

The 2nd Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

This home is so comfortable and your stay will be worth it for the lake views alone but this home also boasts new reclining couches, 1 king and 2 queen size memory foam beds, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, a great basement for entertainment, 65 inch smart tvs, plus an incredible outdoor and deck area with grills, surrounded by a fenced yard and water!

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate two additional guests if you're willing to squeeze. Crib available upon request. Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place within walking distance to Downtown Hutchinson, Planet Fitness and the Fox theater. Also within a short distance to Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Cosmosphere, Kansas State Fair Grounds, and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds.

Big Blue Farmhouse

Spacious house near Hutchinson (10 miles) with 4 bedrooms, 2 newly remodeled full baths, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas. Quiet location off the main road but easy access to town. A great spot for family gatherings, girls weekend, or a base for exploring Kansas. Patio, 2-car garage, sunny breezeway, and a big round table for shared meals or games. We have an airbed available if needed.

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
