The house is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and less than a 15-minute walk from the port and the beach. You will find everything you need nearby: bakery, grocery store, supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, tobacco shop, coffee shop... You can enjoy the entertainment of the city center a few steps away, while being protected from nuisances.

The Canons gîte

Independent apartment completely renovated in a charming Charentaise in the heart of the village. The accommodation is quiet and is located 15 min from La Rochelle, 10 min from Chatelaillon beach and 20 min from the Île de Ré bridge. A patio is available to enjoy the outdoors: grills, sun loungers, relaxation... In the village you can enjoy many amenities such as a bakery, playground, supermarket, deli, pizzeria, and even a Michelin-starred restaurant.

The most beautiful beaches of the island are less than 2 km away, close to bike paths, shops and restaurants nearby (200 m), daily market in season. Bed made on arrival, towels and linens provided. Wood-burning stove, wood available. Two bikes available.

Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

Seaside getaway: quiet air-conditioned house

A short walk from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

Villa Marcus – Beachfront

This architect house with heated pool and not overlooked offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Enjoy a Ré-style villa 5 minutes' walk from Basse Benaie beach and close to the shops of Sainte Marie de Ré. The villa offers upscale amenities. All bedrooms are suites and have their own shower room. It is also possible to park 1 vehicle (private and secure outdoor parking).

My place is close to the classified site of the Abbey of Châteliers, 1.5 km from the center of the village of La Flotte and is ideal for couples or small families looking for rest.
