Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Shops, market, beach and aquatic center are a 5-minute walk. Thalasso is a 10-minute walk. We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

We had a great time at Anne's, who is a very responsive host. The location of the apartment is ideal, quiet, 2 steps from the ocean. Right next to the apartment is a Spa Restaurant Hotel where we were able to eat, the meal and service are excellent, and the terrace offers an incredible view of the ocean.

Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I would recommend it 100%. We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
