Our four rooms, comprising two double rooms and two triple rooms, are spacious and peaceful. Each room is equipped with a large en-suite bathroom and private toilet. Depending on the season, enjoy a cozy fire in the living room, the swimming pool, and the option to dine on the terrace. The region offers a multitude of sites to visit in Gironde and Dordogne, including wine cellar tours and tastings. A golf course is also nearby. Tranquil b&b in new home overlooking forest.

In a new house located at the end of a private chemin in a chic quartier of Parentis en Born, 3kms from the centre of the town and lake, no shops or restaurants in the quartier. The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.
