Charming house with private terrace and individual entrance. Ideal for 1-4 people, cozy and elegant, offers a mezzanine with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Just 5 km from Mérignac Airport (transfer possible), it's ideal for exploring Bordeaux (15 min by tram), its famous vineyards and ocean beaches. Bus stop – 2 min, tram – 15 min walk. Studio Mauriac

Air-conditioned bright studio on the second floor of a small stone building. Located in a quiet area, in the historic center, close to the tram (5 minutes walk). Fully equipped, the studio has a small separate kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa and a flat screen. ATTENTION: part of the apartment is attic; less comfortable for people taller than 1.85 m.
