Pleasant two-story house in the center, secluded from view and noise, with enclosed garden. 5 minutes on foot to shops and the beach, and 20 minutes by car to the ocean. Ability to park 2 vehicles. On the ground floor, veranda with a sitting area and wood stove, an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with TV. As well as a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds Bathroom and independent toilet. Outside: Garden furniture, barbecue, bike shed, etc.

Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.
