Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce très bel appartement situé dans un chalet. Il était très bien équipé et très propre. Guillaume et son épouse sont charmants et très attentionnés. La vue du chalet est magnifique. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir…

Propriétaire airbnb très gentil, installations complètes, un bel environnement, le restaurant de hamburgers est délicieux, le supermarché est à environ 15 minutes et le salon de coiffure à proximité dispose d'une excellente technologie.

Un moment juste magnifique..Appartement avec une décoration de dingue, j'avais jamais vue cela... A refaire en été pour utiliser la terrasse.

Great cozy place with snow mountain view to chill around. Location is also convenient to go shopping & exploring in town. My friends and I enjoyed staying here. Thanks for great stay

Le logement étais très propre, nous avons pas eu l'occasion de croisé Kieran, mais Émilie est très serviable et agréable. Le logement correspondait aux photos et l'arrivée très facile. Lieu très cosy et tranquille. Nous reviendrons sans doute si nous revenons dans la région. Je recommande ce logement.

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Fantastic 2-bedroom / 2 bath + loft apartment in the heart of Chamonix, with numerous dining and shopping options right on the doorstep. Mountain lifts, including the Aiguille du Midi cable car, are all within a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and includes all the amenities a family of 5 or two couples might need, with a great kitchen, well-appointed bedrooms, and luxurious linens and pillows. The host was also extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We enjoyed this place immensely and will definitely be returning in the near future!

Such a cozy welcoming home! Each day it brought us so much joy to see the amazing views and sun light provided by the big windows 🤩 Very convenient location for skiing. We are looking forward to going back next year ❤️

Superb Chalet in a very quite area, but not secluded. Very cosy, furbished with taste and we really enjoyed the sauna after a day's skiing. :)

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Een prachtig huis, met een nog mooier uitzicht. Exact zoals op de foto. Fijne bedden, een heerlijke douche en alle voorzieningen waren er. De kindjes konden goed slapen met alle verduisteringsmogelijkheden. Antoine reageerde altijd heel snel en gaf ons het gevoel dat geen vraag te gek was. Al het speelgoed dat aanwezig was maakte het een feestje voor de kinderen, neem vooral niet teveel zelf mee. Antoine heeft ons zelfs een paar sleetjes geleend waar we de hele week super veel plezier mee hebben gehad! Er waren 2 kleine dingen die goed zijn om te overwegen met kleine kindjes: Het einde van de tuin heeft geen afzetting en loopt af in een helling naar beneden. We konden het onze 1.5 jarige wel goed uitleggen. De bal was wel snel kwijt, maar kon weer opgehaald worden :). Er is niets te lopen vanaf het huis vanwege de ligging tegen de berg. Dat geeft een waanzinnig uitzicht, maar alles doe je met de auto. Goed om rekening mee te houden als je met 1 auto komt. Bedankt Antoine!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Élisabeth et Frédéric : location propre, pratique, très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter du spa face à la montagne. Tout était parfait, même la météo! Élisabeth et Frédéric étaient de très bons conseils et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Logement impeccable et conforme à la description ! Les instructions d'arrivée pourraient êtres plus synthétiques, ce serait plus simple. L'espace bien-être est très agréable, mais petit en cas de forte affluence (il est commun à beaucoup d'appartements).

Appartement décoré avec goût, aux finitions et à l’équipement d’excellente qualité. Les lits sont très confortables. La pièce principale est plus grande que l’impression donnée par les photos. Agnès et son mari sont réactifs et très minutieux sur le ménage. La proximité immédiate des remontées mécaniques et départs de randonnées sont très pratiques. Le RDC jardin face à la forêt et les montagnes donnent plus l’impression d’être dans une maison qu’un appartement. Et l’accès à l’espace piscine et spa est un plus non négligeable :D Nous recommandons sincèrement l’expérience !

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Goede communicatie met Eric, heerlijk schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Top locatie, binnen een minuut stond je in winkels of restaurantjes.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.
