Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, conveniently located, close to the center of Sallanches (10 min walk, 3 min bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lake Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small but basic equipped kitchenette, a separate entrance, a desk to work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille de Warens!
