Welcome to our characterful studio apartment on the ground floor of a 19th-century Savoyard farmhouse close to the Morzine/Montriond boundary. Just a 15-minute stroll into Morzine village centre in one direction and 5–10 minutes into Montriond in the other, start each day with our delicious continental breakfast. This cosy retreat offers modern amenities and authentic alpine charm, from the beautiful original stone walls and chunky wooden beams to the handcrafted rustic front door.

Close to the center of Sallanches, our bed and breakfast is located in a quiet environment, on the ground floor of the house. Completely redone in 2017, composed of an entrance/dressing room, bathroom and bedroom for an area of 30 m2. Convertible armchair for a child (or 2 mattresses for a 3rd adult) no breakfast or kitchen available but many bars/restaurants 5 minutes walk. Close to the ski slopes and Lake Passy/illettes terms of St-Gervais and Chamonix.
