The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.
