House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Bärnbach is well-known for the "Hundertwasser church" and as centre of glass art. Golfers: 18min to 18-hole golf course in Maria Lankowitz. Skiing:1 hour

Holiday apartment Lilli is on the second floor. You have a nice view of the garden from the living room and bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and bath is off the hallway, as is the fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, filter coffee machine as well as Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine with pods, kettle), or the bedroom with a double and a single bed. The living is off the kitchen and has two single beds and a sofa, as well a flat screen TV. The apartment has WiFi.

Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.
