Stilvolle und schöne Unterkunft im herzen von Kyōto! Wir haben hier 4 Nächte verbracht um uns Kyōto anzuschauen und die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Lage und die shoppingmeilen, sowie eine Vielzahl von tollen Cafés & Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal war immer höflich und aufmerksam und wir konnten unsere Taschen 5h vor check-in schon dort abstellen. Als das Zimmer fertig war und wir im Laufe des Tages wiederkamen waren unsere Taschen schon auf das Zimmer gebracht worden. 👍🏻 Für uns eine klare Empfehlung wenn man sich aktiv dafür entscheidet ein paar Nächte auf den Tatami Matten zu schlafen.

The Imu Hotel was a great spot for our visit to Kyoto! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the subway & the big sightseeing and nightlife districts. The hotel itself was exactly what we needed—clean rooms & very friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in the Japanese style family room for 2 nights. Free breakfast was also a nice perk. For 2 nights this was perfect for us. The price was just right and gave us a unique experience. If this were a longer visit we would have been too cramped for space. But all in all - price, location and value were totally spot on. Checked all the boxes for what we were looking for!!!

The only thing I might suggest is a thicker foam mattress as the current one was really thin. And I’m not used to sleeping on the floor. I was able to feel the hard floor very well so it was tough to sleep for me. Other than that this place is amazing in every way possible. Great location, very friendly staff with good English (英語上手) and great location. Will definitely stay here again.
